We loved the double pie shaped lot of this property 160 ft on the water side - it has a stunning view the moment you walk into this home. We went by this home many times by the water side and knew its potential. We hope to bring out that potential over the next year or so here to make it a memorable place to be at the River!

The large outside area - perfect places to hang out - not just one dock area - there is a 75 ft boat dock on one end of the house with a bar area. On the other end is a 45ft dock area. There is a huge open play area with a ping pong table for the kids. This is one of the few homes that gives you COMPLETE GARAGE ACCESS for 2 cars out of the heat - yeah hoo! Then there is another 3 spots outside. No more car jockeying for the trips out to the River.

live in Los Angeles, but I LOVE the visit the Colorado River. Ever since I took my first trip to the 'River' in the 1980's I have been going back to Parker as often as I can.
