This three bedroom, three and a half bathroom designer townhouse in sought after Reynolds Plantation is a fantastic place to get away from it all. Perfect for a weekend getaway, summer vacation, Master's Week, or a group golf outing. This townhouse is available for monthly, nightly, and weekly rentals.

Located centrally within the Reynolds Plantation footprint, as well as quiet and private, you will be close to the multiple marinas/Lake Oconee, five championships clubhouse/golf courses, tennis courts, and swimming pool. This designer townhouse is fully and beautifully furnished with all accessories to feel at home.

Sleeping accommodations include master bedroom with king-sized bed and flat screen TV, a private bathroom with a spa shower and a huge claw foot soaker tub. Second bedroom has a luxurious queen bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two comfy twin beds with a flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The terrace level can accommodate four additional guests if needed. Main level has an all season sunroom and the breezeway includes comfortable outdoor furniture. Dining room table seats eight and the living room has 37-inch TV with a CD/DVD player and cable internet. Lower level family room also has 37-inch TV and game table.The home is fully equipped with full kitchen to cook including grill, or if you'd rather go out, there are many excellent restaurants close by to choose from. Unit includes a two car garage as well.

Reynolds Plantation is known worldwide for its great amenities and 99 holes of golf, all located 75 miles (one hour) from Atlanta or Augusta, GA. Robb Report has selected Reynolds as 'Best of the Best Golf Community' and a top golf destination in the United States. Zagat and Conde Nast also have rated Reynold's Plantation as a top golf destination in the United States.

Courses include Jack Nicklaus-designed Great Waters course, Bob Cupp-designed Plantation Course, Rees Jones-designed Oconee Course, or the 27 hole Reynolds National designed by Tom Fazio. Access to the reknown 'Landings Course' is also just a few minutes away

My wife and I rented Sallie's View for 3 nights. We like this style of home at Reynolds and wanted to try one on for size for a few days. Sallies View is a terrific rental property; very clean, well furnished and decorated, and well located inside the Reynolds site. Its hard to imagine a better rental property at Reynolds. The town home would easily accomodate two couples on a golf trip, or a family of 4-6. A nice touch was garage access with remotes for the car. The kitchen is fully equipped (cookware, utensils, silverware, stoneware, etc.) and a Publix grocery store is 5 mins away for provisions. Our rental was coordinated through Tiffany & Associates and they were very responsive and helpful. If you are golfing, be prepared for stiff greens fees ... Reynolds charges over $200 per golfer for unaccompanied guests.

My girlfriends and I spent a weekend at Lake Oconee. The town home was beautiful, very well equipped, spacious, well thought out kitchen and beautiful decor. I would recommend anyone wanting a relaxing weekend to stay in this town home. We did not have any issues or concerns during our stay other than the location of the pool. Great home!

My son, older brother and I stayed at the home in Reynolds Plantation and totally enjoyed it! The home was wonderfully decorated and it had a very comfortable and warm feel to it. We were able to utilize the Ritz Carlton for dinner and there are many fine restuarants around the area...just a short drive out fof the Plantation. We definitely want to bring the wife and daughter next time! The decription was accurate on the website and the owners were very accomodating since I had to change a few dates around. The house was exceptionally clean... the perfect stay!

The accommodation at 1060 Sallies View was superb - thank you. Reynolds Plantation, the golf courses were first class. The restaurant with no name [Silver Moon] as recommended - we ate there each night apart from the Sunday - excellent
The people we have met especially the American's - so warm and friendly.
Hopefully we can visit again in the near future its such a beautiful place to live

This Townhouse is "Paradise" all wrapped up into a serene setting optimum for the family who is seeking a relaxing, fun filled getaway. The property was as advertised, something straight out of a magazine conveniently located close to all activities for a fantastic vacation experience. We can't wait to return so we can create new family memories! A+++++
