Lovely clean villa with all the facilities you could ask for.
Pretty special to sit out by the pool in the evening and watch a rocket
launch in the distance, not everyday you get to see that!
Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Easy to deal with, would use again.

We just wanted to say thanks for the house. It is very well kept and clean. Everything was in working order (we had to buy some foosballs balls but not a big deal). The beds were comfortable and the whole family couldn't stop talking about how nice and up-to-date décor it was. The pool was very very nice and the kids enjoyed it.

All in all, thank you for a great experience and I would recommend renting your house to anyone.

We stayed in the villa together with our parents and our little 10 months old daughter (seven people in all) for a full month. The villa was perfect for us in every respect. It is clean and well maintained and the neighbourhood is quiet. The large pool was great for those lazy days when we stayed at the house.

We would definitely recommend this house!

We would like to thank you for the wonderful accommodations. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. It made our trip so much more enjoyable. After a long day at the parks, it was great to come home to a nice pool. The two teens loved it and spent many hours in the pool. The house provided everything we needed and was close to shopping and theme parks. I would recommend your home without hesitation. Thanks again from the ROCK!!

This is the second time we have stayed at "Villa Pearl" and we will be back again...and again. Everything about this place is great....it's clean, well maintained, fully stocked, new furniture, and the pool is a HUGE bonus!! After finding this little (it's not little) gem on VRBO I will never stay in a hotel again. If you add up the cost of renting one room in a hotel and eating out every night you are already ahead by renting this house instead. We cooked a lot of meals, which saved us a ton of money, and it was healthier. It was nice having the pool and hot tub to use whenever we wanted...no restrictions. Our family loved the game room and we also used the DVD player for a movie night. When we arrived the pool was a little cloudy, because of the heat that can happen very fast, but I called the management company and they were there in 30 minutes....problem solved! The best piece of advice I can give is when you go shopping for your food, laundry detergent (if you want to take advantage of the washer and dryer and return home from vacation with NO dirty laundry) etc, go to Super Walmart. The first time we went to Publix and it was very expensive. This time we went to Walmart and bought pretty much the same amount of starters and it was 1/2 the price. The parks are not far from the house at all and there are stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The last time we went in December/January and we took full advantage of the oranges growing on the trees near the playground....they were so good!! I'm a very picky person and trust me when I tell you that you will not be disappointed if you rent this house. It will be a huge bonus to making your vacation that much better!! Enjoy =)

Thank you Pearl and Doug for opening your home for our family vacation. You never know what you are going to get when you book online but this home was everything described and more. My family had a wonderful time. Your home is beautiful, well kept and cared for. The management staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I would recommend this vacation home to any and everyone and we will be rebooking when we decide to visit Florida again. Our family had a fantastic vacation and this home was a big part of our vacation's success. We were going to make a trip to the beach but with the pool being available there was no need to make an extra trip anywhere. Coming back to the house after a long day at the the parks was very relaxing and enjoyable. The beds were so comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms were amazing. I have my husband working on trying to fix up our home's bathroom now. :)
