Directly across Gulf Blvd. from the beach and the famous Redington Pier. Walk or take the trolley to gulf beach attractions. Ten minute drive to John's Pass, 30 minutes to downtown St. Pete or Clearwater Beach.

Awesome property! Awesome owner!
We were fortunate enough to find Mike's property at the last minute and could not have been happier with our choice. The location is ideal, the unit was spotless when we arrived and has all the amenities required. Mike was extremely accomodating and helpful and was super quick in responding to a concern we had with the shower. The other vacationers were very friendly, lots of canadians, lots of restaurants and nightly entertainment if so inclined. The beach was beautiful and right across the road, a 2 minute walk(I timed it!) The property is close enough to Tampa, St.Pete's and Clearwater to make easy day trips. We would highly recommend this property, if we don't get it first!

FANTASTIC FIND
After spending two months in this wonderful condo, it was difficult to leave. It was exactly as represented. The owner is very responsive and was wonderful to work with from the first contact. The property is well maintained and very well furnished from necessities to leisure items. The location is great, both for getting to the beach and the many other activities along the gulf and in Clearwater and St. Pete. I would definitely recommend it and in fact, have already booked it for my return trip next winter.

A little piece of paradise
My husband and I came here for our anniversary and rest & relaxation. The unit is very quint and over all a great unit. The pool was wonderful and everything was very clean and well maintained. There is everything you need beach chairs, towels, and the beach is gorgeous it's just a short walk across the street. It is well worth the walk across the street to stay in this unit. To sum it up if you looking to getaway from the rat race of life this is the place to stay!!!!!! The Gregg's

Wonderful Atmosphere
Renting at this location was like having your own private resort. The villa was very clean and had everything you needed to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. I loved that there were beach chairs and beach towels to use and free internet access.The pool was a perfect temperature and the beach is directly across the street. This villa also offers off street parking. The owner provided directions to the location and brochures of "things to do" around the area.

Perfect place for a single or a couple
The condo was perfect, just as shown by the photos. Everything was new and clean and very attractive. The attention to detail in the condo was great. The location is wonderful...right on the main street but situated so it feels very private and secluded. I will definitely be back next year and would highly recommend this rental to friends.

Schöne 8 Nächte im schönen Redington Shores
Eine wirklich nette Unterkunft, natürlich maximal für 2 Personen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, stellt Strandstühle, -Handtücher und sogar "Schwimmbretter" zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist sauber und beheizt und ein Parkplatz steht auch immer kostenlos zur Verfügung, das ist ein echtes Argument! Die Küche ist reichlich ausgestattet und es stehen 2 "Schrankzimmer" zur Verfügung. Wir würden wiederkommen!
