Sunrise Villas has it all! A great friendly atmosphere with all the necessities.
We were here for a month and there wasn't anything else we needed except food and liquid refreshments.The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare any type of meal. The sleeping was great dark, quiet and the king size bed was excellent. The flat screen was also a nice touch. A new wifi system was installed during our stay. so you can keep in touch with your laptop.
The front porch was great for morning coffee and catching rays out of the wind. There is also a nice assortment of beach accessories (chairs, umbrella and some beach toys for the kids).
We would recommend this unit for any age couple, family or friends ( 2 bathrooms ) for an excellent vacation. All the other tenants in the complex were friendly and we had a lot of fun making new friends.
We brought out bikes which was great. Riding on the beach is something you can't do in a lot of areas. The town of Port Aransas is close enough to ride for great places to eat and shop.

Perfect!

Our stay over Labor Day weekend was perfect! With 2 10yr olds, and a 2 yr old in tow, we were more than comfortable in this adorably decorated and comfortable condo! The boys slept well on the fold out sofa, and the king-sized bed/mattress was more comfortable than our own at home. Plenty of room for our pack and play next to the bed, and having 2 doors to close in between the bedroom and the living room was an extra + for sleeping toddler. The boardwalk to the beach is 3-5 minute walk, perfect for early morning stroll. We loved the pool, and it is just a few steps from the back patio area - which had its very own supply of beach toys our 2 yr old delighted in, both on and off the beach! Delia has a wonderful touch with decorating, as all the beach deco just added to our relaxing weekend. She is also a pleasure to do business with and very quick to respond via email as well as text. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We cant wait to come back!

This is a sweet little gem in the land of monster resorts, but with a great location. We had a perfect stay surrounded by all the amenities of home with personal decorative touches that made us settle right in. The unit had everything we needed in terms of cooking, cleaning, beaching, etc..., the neighbors, on-site pool and beach access were ideal! The king bed and bedroom were coma-inducing perfection, especially with their own temperature control and the cold-natured kiddo slept well in his own (much warmer, but also-self-controlled) front room. The linens were divine, the towels perfect. The only thing I would plan for is guest shampoo/conditioner since I forgot mine, but I travel often, so that's really my own fault. Pack koozies and a cooler and you're all set here!

Convenient to both beach and town

The keylock entry was great, but the condo was not cleaned from the previous renters. Owner acted quickly to get it cleaned and offered some refund. We have stayed upstairs before for the view, but this downstairs condo provided easy access to the beach and pool on the back of the property. It was very convenient with kids. A first-aid kit would be a great addition because we did have one adult step on a stingray. The doctor said it was mating season and he was seeing about 10 stingray incidents a day. Beware of stingrays!

Second time to stay at one of these condos owned by these particular people - chose this condo based on the owners. Perfect place - their condos are downstairs which gives you a small fenced patio. They always have beach umbrellas which are so nice! Owners very personable and helpful. Description of property totally accurate. Love the pool and the proximity to the beach. Outdoor shower to rinse off sand is very helpful. Highly recommend to anyone. Our favorite place to eat is "Virginia's on the Bay" but don't forget Snoopy's and Moby Dick's. Favorite souvenir shop is "The Islander" - get your boogie board and bucket/shovel for reasonable prices as well as great Tshirts. If you want to park your car on the beach, you can buy a parking pass just about any place for $12 (last for a year).

Great property with updated features

We wanted a ground floor unit with a separate room since we have two children. This was hard to find. So glad we found this property. It is newly updated and very comfortable. The bed and linens were amazing. The beach is a short walk away from the property but worth it. The pool is small but perfect and we spent lots of time in it.

Family Friendly and Convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and well equipped. The beach is a very convenient 3 minute walk across the boardwalk. The hose/shower located near the pool was ideal for washing out sand so we wouldn't track it all into the condo. It is less than a mile to the IGA Family Center which allows for quick trips to pick up groceries or supplies that might have been forgotten at home.
The owners were very responsive to queries and concerns that we had. We will definitely we be coming back in the future.

Island Fun with Gulf View at Sunrise Villas

This was an excellent choice for myself, husband and friend that wanted to be close to the beach but have down time in a home like enviornment. The rooms were seperated via hallway doors making for nice privacy. The apt was a little on the small side but very functional and creatively decorated. It was complete with comfortable bed, sofa sleeper, and chair. There was also plenty of glassware, plates, silverware etc. for cooking and appliances for blending my favorite drink.
The apt was clean, upkept and the owner extremely helpful making out stay wonderful. I would enjoy a return visit and recommend to my friends.

Sunrise Villa was everything it was promised to be. The check-in was seamless, accurate, and timely. The property was clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities we were looking for in a Port Aransas condo except a dishwater. The owner even recommended some dining opportunities that really upped our stay to the next level. We would recommend this rental to anyone interested in a condo very close to the beach, restaurants, attractions, etc. in Port Aransas. The sunrises over the beach are awesome.
