We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated and maintained home. Convient to the things we care about. This is our second visit to this home, and hope to have more opportunities in the future.

We rented this home nine months prior to our stay. We had criteria we were looking for, somewhere quieter than the hustle and bustle of the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Mesa neighborhood yet having its own amenities nearby. Additionally we were looking for a home that felt like home and not a rental unit and we got exactly what we were looking for in this home. The owner was very detailed throughout the rental process leading up to our stay and even checked in with us the day of our arrival to make sure that we were able to get into the home and to make sure that everything was as we expected. The home was tastefully decorated with a combination African/Asian style but not overly done making the decor very warm and comfortable. We had everything that we could want in the home. We were even provided starter amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap. This made settling in much easier until we could get to a store. Additionally other renters have left spices and other items from previous stays alleviating the need to purchase some things that you don't use often. We also left some unopened food items for the next tenant. The yard and outdoor grill was wonderfull and we used it a number of times. The landscaping crew came every two weeks, did their lawn care, cleaned everything impeccably and went on their way without disturbing us. The location was very convenient with easy access to I-10 and surrounding businesses and restaurants. We would highly recommend this home for couples or families. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Loved, loved, loved our time there!!!!

We spent two weeks in the home May 2012. We arrived to a meticulously clean home that was very nicely decorated. The neighborhood was very quiet and the clubhouse/pool area was excellent. You will not be disappointed with the rental. It feel like home! Dont hesitate renting this home, if this is the location you are looking for, you wont be disappointed.
The owner, Lance, went out of his way to give you all the information you will need to make your stay very comfortable. Thank you to Lance and Carol for having such a lovely home available for individuals to rent.

Accurate description, in fact, was even nicer than the photos showed. Very clean and well-kept house. Yard was very nicely landscaped. Lance called to make sure that we arrived and were able to get into the house okay. We had three generations staying together in the house (ages 90-17), and there was room for everyone to have enough privacy. The super target in the neighborhood was a great place for grocery shopping. We really enjoyed our long weekend at the house.

Our stay in this VRBO home was relaxing and enjoyable. It met everyone of our expectations to the utmost. The photos of this home very accurately portrayed its beauty and functionality. It very nicely accomodated our family of 6. The property was clean and well-maintained actually to the point of being immaculate. The moment we walked in the front door we knew we had made a great choice in renting this home. The owner of this home was very good about answering all of my questions and concerns while researching renting this home. We entertained our extended family for an evening grilled out meal and it very nicely seated all 10 of us. Our son's family used the swimming pool at the nearby community center and had fun in the Arizona sun. I would definitely recommend staying at this
property if you are staying anywhere in the surrounding Phoenix, Arizona area. We were in town for our daughter's wedding at the Wigwam Golf and Resort in Litchfield Park and this property was in very close proximity which made our stay even more enjoyable. Please consider staying in this spacious and beautifully decorated home.

We very much enjoyed our visit to West Valley. The owner and local representative are accommodating and supportive. This property is conveniently located and comfortable and well appointed. Very stylish decoration. Very nice back yard, patio and grill. Hope to take advantage of this opportunity again.

First - thanx to Lance for sharing his beautiful Goodyear home with my family in order that we could experience our first Az Christmas. Although he did not have much to do with the weather (which was absolutely wonderful - especially when coming from Michigan in December), his home provided a great location and all the amenities necessary to host an Az Christmas our family will never forget. As our adult children were flying in (and out) from Ohio and Oregon, we found the drive to the airport quite manageable (about 30 minutes of easy driving one way). We were minutes away from the Estrella Mountain Regional Park, where we took the opportunity on two occasions to go hiking (including Christmas morning). On our way to the Estrella Park, we passed the major league baseball facilities, confirming their close proximately to the property as well. That of course is for another season. Getting to Mesa, Apache Jct, and Gold Canyon for more hiking and touring was also no problem.
The recreation facility available to renters was also very adequate. Although not large, it does have the necessary fitness equipment to get a good work out. Equipment was in good condition and never too busy. The pool looked very inviting, especially after a hard work out, but at this time of year, we did not venture in. The rec facility is well maintained and the surrounding park is well groomed. Nice green space for outdoor activities.
The home is well decorated, furnished and laid out. Everything in it's place and everything required to make your stay enjoyable. We made good use of the back deck (good mix of sun and shade). Even used the outdoor grill, to help cook the Christmas turkey. The sheltered back yard made the cooler December sun feel great. The mature backyard trees I'm sure will provide great shade in the warmer months.
Yes the house was great, but as equally important (perhaps even more so), was by dealings with Lance (the home owner). His communications/instructions were clear and concise, making the entire transaction simple (literally "turn key"). He addressed all questions / concerns promptly and gave me confidence that I was dealing with a trustworthy individual.
I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Goodyear Az area.

Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful house, Our daughter loved the monkey themed room, great for children! Our son enjoyed the sitting/mini family room off the master, it was a perfect quiet study area and my wife thought the master bed was super comfy. The property was clean, beautiful and very well decorated,just like the pictures. The location of the property worked out well for our weeks worth of grocery shopping right down the street. We did have to scrub down the grill a bit before using but everything else was okay. In our visit we were able to see the Art show in Scottsdale along with getting some great food and drinks in town in-between shopping at the little shops. We took a scenic drive to Sedona to see the red rocks, along with more shopping, great food and drinks. Last we capped off the week with a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with brother and family near Phoenix. Only downfall of our vacation was we must have brought some rain and clouds with us because it was a little too cool for the pool, but we would still recommend to a friend!
