This amazing 2 stories apartment is situated within the ancient city walls in the heart of historic Old Quebec and the UNESCO World Heritage Site: only 2 minutes walks from the Chateau Frontenac and a block away from popular St-Jean street. Located on a quiet street, the 160 years old building was constructed by a Neo Classical renowned architect. Elegant and bright, this two bedrooms (1200 sq ft) apartment with terrace is the ideal "home base" for exploring the surrounding town and enjoy casual lounging activities. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by beautiful carved wood entry doors leading to the interior foyer. Warm, quiet, and comfortable it’s perfect for families and friends who want to enjoy the festivals, winter carnival and all the other charms of this wonderful Old City.

All (and we mean it!) you will require for an amazing time in Quebec can be found in this contemporary-inspired apartment; for a distinctive lodging in a sophisticated yet very comfortable environment. We even have a 4 season hot tub!!

Open concept with high ceilings, hardwood floors and exposed moldings to accent this historically renovated condo. The entertainment area features 42” flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and home theater. High speed WI-FI internet for your convenience.

The Lower Level

Intimate ambiance, fireplace and wood beams. It combines the rich feel of the past with all the updated amenities from its recent renovations. With its profusion of stone walls, this level propose a refreshing comfort during the summer heat and additionnal fans are offered in each room.

• Two full bedrooms - large master with queen bed and fireplace, the other with double.

• A large full bathroom - claw-foot tub and a contemporary glass shower

At sunset, relax in the bubbly hot tub, enjoy some local wine and cheeses on the vast terrace or take a walk in picturesque city streets. Within a few steps you will find yourself walking on the popular Saint-Jean Street. A minute further and you’re next to the most photographed hotel in the world, the famous Château Frontenac.

If you are a sports lover you will be served. The bike trails go forever along the river. The ski slopes of Mont St. Anne and Stoneham are only 25 minutes away. All seasons, the great Quebec City offers you several outdoor activities to enjoy with family or friends. This apartment was wonderful. It was as lovely as in the pictures, clean, with beautifully rehabbed bedrooms and bathroom and well stocked with everything we needed for four. Location was excellent for exploring the old town. Stairs down to the bedroom/bath below were a bit steep, but surrounded by walls for you to easily hold onto. I would gladly stay here again and recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in Quebec city. The location of this condo is just perfect. The condo was walking distance to all Winter Carnival activities. Our month stay was unbelievable: Skiing, skidooing, shopping, walking in the old city...

We had an excellent vacation in this condo. The location was perfect for seeing old Quebec City, everything was within easy walking distance. The condo was comfortable and the updated kitchen made eating a meal in easy and enjoyable. The owners were very helpful in providing information, directions and restaurant suggestions. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more and would definitely recommend the place to anyone wishing to visit Quebec City.

Had a great stay at this condo in Quebec. Very spacious with a great location. Easy walk to all things old Quebec. Close by to a market with all the essentials on Couillard Rue- small market, but a good selection of basics(note: no American $ accepted at the market). Many restaurants nearby with a variety of cuisine options. Chateau Frontenac is nearby for a carriage ride, or a drink in the lounge. Parking is also nearby and reasonably priced if you purchase a multi-day pass. The hot tub available at this condo is a great added perq! private, in a small courtyard at the back of the condo - very nice. The overall accommodations here are very good. The only reservation would be for anyone with mobility issues - the stairs to access the sleeping area would be difficult to navigate for people with limited mobility. Clean, spacious with a nice kitchen if you are cooking in. We would recommend this property for a stay in old Quebec.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Condo. It is truly every bit as lovely and welcoming as the pictures show and the location is superb. We ended our trip with a stay at the large well known hotel in old town but much prefered the additional space and ambiance of the Condo over the hotel. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This condo is the perfect one you can rent in Quebec city. I just don't know how a condo can offer more than this one. Perfect location, big hut tub, charming decoration, nice owner, all the amneties you need, etc.
We will definitely return to this condo at our next trip to Quebec city.

What a wonderful condo! We very much enjoyed our stay, and I am so happy we spent our evenings in Quebec in this lovely location! What a wonderful way to spend our "girls weekend" and my sister's birthday.
We cannot decide whether we loved the hot tub, the kitchen table or the ghost tours passing by at the end of the street the best! Cannot wait to return! This place may become the only plan to stay more then once. Since there are so many wonderful places to stay, but this one is definitely special!

Came upon this little gem of a place while surfing on HomeAway. The location was fabulous, the condo was fabulous and can't beat Quebec City for a girlfriends get-away. The listing description was spot on, condo was clean and inviting and Maud and Jonathan were very accommodating - even on a late arrival.
