This is a awesome home and trust me u will not regret of staying here.
Reach at the home i did just follow the instruction and i got everything.
The house had planty of space and was well done clean also the lady the contact person was very friendly to me.

I will recommend everybody go to this house u will never regret of it.

We loved our stay in this home. The house was beautiful and the back yard with the pool area even better! We pretty much lived out there the whole time. The house had everything we needed, and the manager was always very helpful and friendly and very easy to get in touch with. The home was located just a little ways away from the major tourist areas, making it a very quiet neighbourhood. Because we have kids, we might stay a little closer to the Kissimee area next time, but for those just want to get away and don't need Disney and all the shopping right close by, this is the perfect place.
The owners have maintained a lovely, very clean home and it was very enjoyable to stay here!

Thank you so much for your beautifull - clean house! We had such a wonderfull time with our children as they were ALWAYS in the pool! I appreciate also the fact that I was able to see them when preparing meals since the kitchen as a view on the pool and spa! And Disney World is very near by so it was easy to go there whenever we wanted!

Thank you for providing such a beautifull / clean house!! It was perfect for our children as they had such a great time in the pool!! I also appreciate the fact that I was able to see what happened with our little ones when preparing meals since the kitchen as a view on the pool and spa! We wish we never leave the place and also, it is near Walt Disney, so it was easy to go whenever we wanted!

What a beautiful home! So close to Disney, and other attractions, but away from all the crowds! So much better than a hotel, we had so much room. Laundry was a huge bonus too! Kids loved the pool (so did the grown-ups!) I LOVED the master suite!! Cant wait to go back, we will be recommending this home to anyone travelling to the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The photos, home layout and description of the home on the site are accurate. The home was very clean and appeared well maintained. The house was spacious; there was plenty of room for everyone.

The pool was lovely. The plants around the pool and the fenced yard were a bonus. The spa felt great after the parks. There was a nice dining table and large gas grill by the pool. We ate every meal outside. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and dishes that would be needed.

The home is a quick fifteen minute drive to Disney. It was great to retreat away from the crowds to stay in a neighborhood. We would rent this home again.

The property managers were available and helpful at all times.

This is our last day at this house. Place is even better in person. Tile floors throughout the home. Two spacious living rooms, each with a large flat screen TV. Glass doors in master bedroom open to the pool area. Master bath is large with a spacious walk in closet, separate door for the toilet, and a large tub and separate shower. The 4th bedroom with queen size bed has it's own bathroom with a door that leads to the pool, I love this detail - it allowed us to use the bathroom without having to walk through the house while we were dripping wet. The pool area is wonderful, plenty of space to lay out in the sun (pool is south facing, so we had sun all day). There's also a patio table where we were able to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner and enjoy the warm weather. Pool and hot tub were obviously the highlight of this place, thankfully there is a fence that surrounds the property, giving us privacy from the surrounding houses. My boys also loved the pool table in the garage. Publix (grocery store) is located 1 mile from the house - very convenient. We had one small issue on Sunday- we noticed that the pool hose was leaking (we were still able to use the pool)- we immediately called Claude and Monique - the caretakers of the house. We left a message, within 2 minutes they returned our call. The following morning they came to the house - by noon time the hose was fixed. They were very friendly and obviously take great care of this house. We hope to come again next year!!!

Location, location! This beautiful home is the perfect home away from home to explore Florida visitor favorites such as Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, beaches on both the Atlantic ocean and the Gulf of Mexico and a variety of interesting towns such as Disney designed Celebration.

The house itself was immaculate with a floor plan to easily accommodate 4 or as many as 8. One outstanding feature is the private backyard with a good size pool and hot tub. There is a large barbecue for grilling and plenty of chairs to lounge in and relax. A variety of restaurants are within a 15 minute drive. Monique and Claude, the property managers, are always just a phone call away and quick to respond to your questions. I would definitely recommend choosing this home for your vacation!
