We left at day 5 ok stay however owner text us that a stain was on the sofa and we were very careful

Back stairs need repair. Stains on sheets so we bought our own.

Owner was very accomodating with our needs. We wanted a place that would welcome our small pets and we found this to be a perfect place for that. It was clean and equipped with adequate things to make our stay as nice and comfortable as possible. Price was well in reason as well compared to other places. We opted for the quietness rather than hustle and bustle of condo style stay. It was perfect for us and highly recommend. Owner was prompt and curtious.

The place was nicer on the inside than outside. The outside needs paint, landscaping, a a few minor repairs. The inside was cute and comfy, but needs some touching up.. Saw a few cucarachas so I would recommend a exterminator. The location was wonderful. We loved the view from the back deck but there were things on the back porch that were unsightly. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. I do recommend this home for future renters but the owner does need to take care of the above mentioned suggestions to justify the cost and keep competitive.

This property was everything we expected. Nicely decorated and comfortable. We really felt like home there. We absolutely loved the back yard, which is fenced and has a boat ramp and dock right on the property. We spent the majority of time hanging out on our private beach!! The description was accurate property was clean, owner provided great customer service, and we have already recommended this property to a friend. Right across the main road is the public beach, a corner store a few steps away and shopping and restaurants very close. Couldnt have asked for a better location. Will definitely be back!!

We had a terrific week in GulfShores and are so very glad we decided on THIS house instead of a beachside condo!!! The entire week was much more relaxed and personal in this sweet home on a very quiet street.

We enjoyed the direct lagoon access!! We were able to put in/out from the back yard in the kayaks we rented from Ike's Beach Rentals (only a block away)! This home is only a block from the public access to the beach, easy for a walk on the beach or a run/bike ride along Beach Blvd.

Walking distance to Bahama Bobs (beachside) -- a cute, intimate bar inside a restaurant with great burgers. A little longer walk (or easy bike ride!) to shopping and more restaurant selections.

Initial responses from the homeowner were delayed, but improved within a couple weeks. The pictures on file are not exactly accurate (i.e. no piano), however its fairly close to the real thing. We'd recommend this home to friends/family and would rent again ourselves!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The home is beautifully decorated and in a great location. The beach and a convience store were a very short walk away. Our dogs loved the property and we enjoyed playing on the sandy yard everyday. Lots of time spent on the porch swing enjoying the weather. We have recommended this property to many friends for upcoming vacations.
