My wife and I loved our 2 week stay at Ma Mazie's. The property is clean, well maintained, and the owner is kind and helpful. The pictures in the ad accurately reflect the rental's appearance. The location is ideal, you will be within walking distance to 3 grocery stores, at least 6 casual restaurants with excellent food, and the "Down Through" liquor store is right next door. Everyone we met on Green Turtle Cay was helpful and friendly. We kept our "Donny's" rental boat at the Government dock, which is just a short walk down King Street. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative and will probably rent it again in the future.

My husband and I just spend a wonderful month staying at Ma Mazie's. It is as cute as it looks in the pictures and very well equipped. It is in a very convenient location; we were able to walk anywhere downtown, including the short trip to the grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed renting a golf cart from Seaside golf cart rentals the whole month so we could explore this delightful island. We would pack up the golf cart most mornings with the (provided) beach chairs, a picnic lunch, and our snorkelling gear to enjoy the beaches. Marilyn and Jim were very helpful, as was everyone else we met there - so friendly and warm. We would love to come back!

This house is everything that the add says it is, perfect for a couple (1 bedroom). We were greeted with warm coconut bread and a very nice owner. The house is almost new and sits in the middle of the Settlement, walking distance to everything. We asked for extra stools because we had friends over one night for a visit, the stools arrived within a couple of hours. The owner dropped by a couple of times to ensure everything was OK (they live around the corner). We rented a golf cart from them to explore the island, the best way to see all the nooks and crannies that make up GTC. Other than that we walked everywhere, even to the other end of the island. GTC is not a place for nightlife, although there are a couple of bars that 'rock' on the weekends.
Ma Mazie's has a front porch close to the road, if you sit there you can expect to say 'Hello' about 100 times a day, everyone that walks past waves and says hello. Beautiful cozy cottage centrally located in town, within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Having a washer and dryer was great! What an amazing island, friendly people, beautiful views and fantastic sunsets.

Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
