Enjoy fabulous sunsets from the expansive decks of this beautiful million dollar plus, non-smoking vacation home. Located in the resort community of Corolla Light with its numerous amenities including: in-door recreation center, in-door tennis and swimming, exercise room, four community pools, basketball court, game room, stocked fishing pond and a trolley runs all day for the short ride to the ocean.

The home is professionally decorated and beautifully appointed. The large kitchen is a chef's delight and great for family gatherings. The master tiled bath has dual shower heads and four misting jets, you may find yourself lingering in this wonderful, relaxing shower.

The large recreation room adjacent to the children's bedroom is equipped with a foosball table, TV, movies, board games, stereo system and kitchenette, you may not see the kids for a week.

The media room on the mid level has a large screen TV with surround sound for your viewing enjoyment. The star filled sky awaits you and your favorite beverage from the fabulous hot tub or the custom made rockers on the upper deck. Shopping and world class golf are 15 minutes away. This home has something for everyone. A great family vacation spot!

We live just outside the Richmond, VA area and are on the Outer Banks every week that the property is rented through out the year.

This house is amazing and I had a wonderful time during Spring Break at this lovely home! It is beautifully decorated and has a well equipped kitchen. The layout is great for separate families. The hot tub was heated and ready to go when we arrived. We had toilet paper, paper towels, soap, detergent and plenty of clean towels at our disposal, which was a nice touch. There are many walking trails and an "ecology" walk which our kids enjoyed. We saw lots of turtles, hawks and a stork in the pond out back. The sunsets were AMAZING from the house and deck. The sports center had a large, heated indoor pool, a short walk from the house, which was very convenient. There was a bathroom attached to each bedroom and a TV in every bedroom. The house is in a great section of the neighborhood, which affords a lot of privacy. It is close to the Corrituck Lighthouse, the Wildlife Educational Center, The Whalehead Club and of course, the beach. There is also a Food Lion and great restaurants and shops nearby. It doesn't get much better than this, folks! The pictures do not do this house justice and the rental rates are SO reasonable. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us, Phil and Marie! We have such great memories to cherish for years to come.

Our family has rented this beautiful sound front home 6 or 7 times. We enjoy the location and the ammenities the house offers. The website pictures accurately reflect the home and the owners - Phil and Marie Sutton - are extremely easy to work with.

The house is well maintained and extremely clean. Each of the 6 bedrooms has it's own bathroom. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers and all the cookware, etc. that a "foodie" needs for a week's stay. The hot tub and pool are also serviced and spotless upon arrival.

We prefer staying soundside as the sunsets are amazing. The pond is also great for fishing and wildlife watching. Having the indoor sports center and tennis courts just a short walk away provide additional advantages.

We had rented several other homes prior to finding this one. We now look forward to returning year after year.

Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
