Come stay with us for a relaxing, fun week with awesome location near all the fun We have a cool, clean,totally furnished,like new, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo located on the 15th hole of the beautiful Pine Hills Golf Course at Myrtle wood Golf Club. We privately manage this unit for our guests and are not affiliated with a rental company.

The second floor balcony view overlooks the pool and grill area, Myrtlewood Lake , and Myrtlewood Golf Course-all three! The view is great. Wake up and enjoy coffee watching the golfers, fox squirrels, or geese.

Located at 48th Ave North a block from Hwy 17, you're only a mile from the best shopping, dining , entertainment, and beaches around with plenty of public access and free parking.

We're less than 5 minutes to Broadway at the Beach, The Palace, Myrtle Waves, Nascar Speed Park, Cal Ripken Baseball Park, Pelicans Stadium, endless restaurants, malls, outlets, Bass Pro Shops and House of Blues.Can't name them all.

This spacious condo has a totally equipped kitchen,washer/dryer and all linens are provided.

Beautiful Myrtlewood Golf Club, with its centuries old pines and lush fairways, is off the baclony. Around the corner you’ll find the pro shop overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway .

All sleeping quarters have cable tv and wifi internet.The living area is equipped with cable, wifi, and dvd player. The balcony has chairs and tables, and the poolside gas grills are free to use.

All of the main attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer is either 5 minutes to the south or 7 minutes north-Tanger Outlet, Bass Pro Shops, Pelican Stadium, Countless Beaches,Broadway At The Beach, House Of Blues, Nascar Speed Park, The Palace, Hard Rock Cafe,Cal Ripken Baseball Park, Myrtle Waves Water Park, the list goes on.

There is ample free parking out front and plenty of sidewalk and scenery for morning walks.

The condo complex provides poolside grilling with unlimited access to gas/grills at one of five beautifully landscaped pools one of which is right behind your balcony.

You will love the location, view, and amenities of our condo. The things to do in Myrtle Beach are endless and they’re just a short distance away.

Occupants must be 25 years of age. Maximum of 6 people. Rooms are non smoking. Homeowner association rules and regulations apply to all guests. Pets, watercraft, trailers, rv’s, and motorcycles are not permitted on property.

We accommodate weekly summer rentals . In the offseason we offer nightly,weekly,or monthly rentals with a 3 night minimum.

Credit cards accepted. Housekeeping fees inlcuded in rate.

Alex, thank you again for letting us rent your place again. It was a long ride but so worth it. It went to fast. We had another great time and there are no complaints at all. Anyone who rents from you will be very pleased. You are always in contact with your renters and very friendly. I like the way you changed a few things since last time. We enjoyed the pool, beach, air conditioned SkyWheel, fireworks and the wonderful restuarants. Oh yeah my husband likes the idea of the golf course right there. Perfect vacation. Talk to you soon. This is a wonderful place to stay. The whole condo was spotless and Alex was very helpful with all the details. Everything went smoothly. We all enjoy the Broadway on the beach area and went to many different restaurants. WE have been there before so we had seen most of the attractions. I am not on facebook and do not wish to be.

July 4th Spectacular

Stayed at this unit for 4th of July week, and had a great vacation! There were 2 couples in our party, and it was perfect for us. Great views of the lake and 15th hole of the Par 5 at Pine Hills Course. Alex was great to deal with, and had prompt communication. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Our Retreat

Today is our 1st day and what an excellent choice of places to stay. The owner is outstanding and very pleasant. The description is just part of it, but seeing is believing. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was so clean and we felt that we were at home. The pools are wonderful and we are just like he said just minutes from everything. Thanks very much for the review. I sincerely know you two will have a great week. I will tell you that the Garden City Pier on Saturday nights is probably the best place to be after you have dinner-It's live entertainment 400 feet out on the Atlantic pier after sundown and no charge or maybe a couple of bucks. They have a bar and dance floor too. Please go! You won't be dissapointed unless the weather is bad.
