We discovered this area of NC in 1997 and decided to relocate to the area prior to our retirement. We enjoy the Southern hospitality a slower pace of life and a better lifestyle. We both enjoy meeting new people and having the opportunity to introduce them to Brunswick County NC and the Sunset Beach area.
We were looking for office space and decided to purchase a live/work townhome in Seaside Village. Fred moved his real estate office to Seaside Village in 2007.
