We rented a Baywatch condo in Pensacola Beach thru Surfside Properties. Not only was it a very reasonable cost, but the location was perfect. Surfside was great to work with on booking, and it was just the easiest reservation ever! We arrived early, and were able to check in early-- (which was super nice). Having stayed in Pensacola Beach before, I must say that this condo was the best we have ever rented. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need (except food of course). It was very clean, and just a beautiful place. On our departure date, a thank you note and fresh baked cookies were left at our door -- thanking us. WOW! What an impressive touch to end a wonderful stay and trip.

This condo has everything needed for a GREAT vacation. It is very clean and comfortable with a very welcome, homey feeling. The views of both the gulf and bay were great! It was nice to sit and have a drink on the back deck and watch the night come across the bay. From the porch in front, you could see the Gulf and watch people go by on the bike/walking path below. It was very easy to get to the Gulf beach just across the road and the Bay beach was right in the “back yard”. The pool was great to relax in after a day at the beach and the pier provided a great place for picture taking (or fishing). The area was quiet but only took moments (by car) or a nice bike ride on the bike/walking path right out front to get to the center of Pensacola Beach to shop or go out to eat. The free trolley stopped almost right out front that will also take you around the island. Fort Pickens, just down the road, was a neat place to visit. I also saw the Blue Angels fly over on different occasions. This condo was wonderful and I definitely plan to go back!

My husband and I had one of the most relaxing, enjoyable vacations in Florida ever. The condo was clean, very comfortable and convenient. With all the necesssities of home, it made our stay even better. We plan on going back again next year!!!!
