This apartment was well located, clean and it had style. We enjoyed the park and sculpture garden, and oh, did I metion the Music. Just one flaw in this unit. If this was California it would not be a problem, but it rains in Austin, a lot. So when it rains we were forced to watch tv, and it had very few channels, no HBO, no Cinamax etc. We loved this place and its location, however next time we will be sure to bring a few novels to read.

The loft we stayed at awesome! Not far from downtown and Congress st as well as close to a park. Would recommend it anyone wanting a chill place to stay. It was quiet and didn't have any problems with neighbors or street noise.

This loft apartment was in the perfect location- easy access to everything a person could want to do. There are many restaurants nearby and the mini-grocery next door was ideal for obtaining food/supplies/adult beverages. The complex is so quiet, we never heard anyone else. The bed is very comfortable and it is great having additional bathroom facilities in the loft. Sean responds quickly if you have questions and is easy to work with. This place is a great value.

Great spot, and accurate to descriptions. comfortable, clean, modern furniture. location was great for my wife and I as we could walk to some of our favorite restaurants on barton creek and I could ride my mountain bike from the condo to the greenbelt...very convenient!

A cozy yet modern retreat that's located only a stones throw to a convienience store/ dry cleanser.

Around the bend is Umlauf Sculpture Garden and Zilker Park - a bike rental shop and places to eat.

Close enough to "the city," but far enough away to relax . . .

Location, amenities and a terrific view of the city on a morning's sunrise or a relaxing view of the evening skyline from the balcony!

I highly recommend this condo. It's right off Zilker park, has great views of downtown and is super nice and clean! If you are looking for something right out of downtown, literally a 3-5 min drive, that is super nice, i highly suggest this place. I would definitely stay here again in the future. How great to be able to walk out of your door and be a short walk to the trails.

I came from NYC to spend Thanksgiving in Austin with my husband who was active Navy in San Antonio. We loved this loft! The open kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving meal. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each level for added convenience. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the natural light that infused the whole space. Just has a clean, airy feel. The wi-fi worked great and there was parking onsite for our rental car.

There is a lovely nature trail/river with an entrance steps from the loft where we did several beautiful walks/runs. We walked to S Lamar Blvd where there are tons of restaurants, food trucks, and bars. Only 5 minutes by car. Also found the taxi service to be very convenient when we didn't want to drive (like when drinking). And even though it's really close to all the fun Austin venues, it is also surprisingly quiet for when you want to relax / recover from your late night out.

For less than what it would have cost to stay in a generic hotel, it was great to have our 'own' space. And the owner (Sean) was always quick to respond via email to all my questions from the very beginning. Even though we didn't need to, it gave me peace of mind to know that had we gotten lost etc, he would have been a phone call or email away.

I really recommend this charming loft. A great value in a great location!
