Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf Side View condo.The balcony wraps around so there is a intracoastal view and beachfront view. Gulf View in this case means that it has a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the Master bedroom as well as the balcony. The Master bedroom contains a King size bed, the 2nd room consists of 1 double bed andd 1 queen size, the third bedroom has 2 queen beds.

There is a washer and dryer in the condominium. The Sand Dollar is located on the beach and everyone has access to the private fishing pier. No fishing license is required. There is also a heated pool, spa and barbecue facility. There are nearby places to rent Jet Ski’s and other watercraft items.

My husband and I have been coming to this area since we were small children. Of all the beach areas we traveled there is no beach we like as well as this area with our white sandy beaches and some of our favorite resturants.

Why cindy kilgore chose Indian Shores

There are very few three bedroom Bldg located directly on the beach that rent weekly and of this large size. Our Bldg has a very large hot tub and private pier which others do not offer here on the beach. The layout of the condo makes it very quiet if you have a large family. We can see, hear the waves roll in and my husband can watch his beloved boats parading down the intracoastal waters.

What makes this condo unique

The condo has its own private pier which our guest can fish from day or night. We have one of the largest hot tubs down our beach. Guest can rent for a minumum of two days, weekly or monthly.

We spent 2 weeks in this condo in late Februrary. There were 9 of us 5 adults and 4 children and the condo had plenty of room for us. Great Kitchen easy acess to beach and pool. The owner went out of her way to supply us with a crib, high chair, and stroller for our 7 monh old grandson. We had a great family vacation and would certainly come again.

Recommended for age 55plus Families with young children

We spent 2 weeks in this condo in late February. There were 9 of us, 5 adults and 4 children, and the condo had plenty of room for us. Great kitchen, easy access to beach and pool. The owner went out of her way to supply us with a crib, high chair and stroller for our 7 month old grandson. We had a great family vacation and would certainly come again.

Renting this condo was a last minute idea. My children were coming down from Indiana; I live in a small town in Florida with not much to do for teens. Looking for options near by brought me to this rental site. The owners were able to get us booked the 5 days I needed and it turned out to be a great week. We felt very comfortable in this spacious unit; it was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities required to enjoy your stay were available. Although we did not find the time to cook during this busy week we could have, as the kitchen is fully equipped. Along with the fully equipped kitchen we also had a washer and dryer, which came in very handy. Mornings usually started with coffee on the deck soaking in the beautiful ocean view. Once we got ourselves together we would head down to the pool for a day of fun in the sun. The central location of this condo made shopping and dining easy to get too. Having access to trolley was an added plus!! Yes, I want to come back next year if not sooner. I highly recommend this condo.
