Centraly located pool home in the heart of Disney!! a small gated community of 16 homes close to W.192 with easy access to all Highways, Shopping malls & Restaurants.
In the past year Kissimme has built up a reputation for great night entertainment including the brand new Ale House located less than 2 miles from the Villa. Olive garden, Longhorn steakhouse, Buffalo wild Wings & in a couple of weeks Applebee's & Bahama breeze will be less than a mile away!!

Would not stay there again!

First let me say that we have rented several houses and this by far was the worst. Stephanie/Valerie were horrible at customer service and helping us. I was the one who had to follow up with them to send us the house information and then once we checked and sent a list of complaints about the house they followed up on the last day. I told Stephanie not to worry about fixing the issues because we were leaving the next day. Now about the house, it is dirty and has bugs and there is a lot of up keep that needs to happen. They do not have bath mats - we had to use towels, the sliding glass doors are almost impossible to open and close, the dishes were dirty and we had to wash them all when we got there. They do not give you any cleaning supplies (ie - garbage bags, countertop cleaner, toliet cleaner, washing machine supplies). I would not rent this place again until they fixed it up and clean it better.
Owner's Response: I am very sorry that this guest did not enjoy her stay in this villa. As a company we pride ourselves on providing the best customer care and speedy resonse to any issues the guest may have no matter how great or small. It is very important to us that our guests have the best vacation possible without having to be concerned about their villa. This is reflected by the number of repeat guests that stay in this villa every year.
We have a small management team on site who respond immediately to any issue from instructions to use the pool and spa to repairing an a/c unit. This villa is self catering and we supply basic cleaning products for the guests arrival which include dishwasher tablets and bathroom tissue.
In the light of this review we will stress even more strongly to our guests the need to report any concerns to us as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa in a small gated community in Kissimmee which was close to many good restaurants and supermarkets.
There were 3 genarations of us; my parents and our children. My parents really enjoyed the annex bedroom with en-suite bathroom which gave them an element of privacy when needed.
The villa was well equipped and decorated with new leather furniture in the living room. There were extras for small children eg ride on toys. There was a safety gate to stop children from running into the pool from the front door. We all enjoyed the absolute privacy of the pool area.
We found the management company to be very helpful and responsive at all times.
We would definately stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Quiet gated community

The management company was very easy to work with and very quick to respond to any and all emails or calls; however, the house was not what I expected. When you open the front door, you step into the covered patio/pool area. The first bedroom (Q) suite is a separate locked area to the right. The remaining two bedrooms are in a separate area of the house (actually "Separate" from the other bedroom). So either the parents would be at the front and separated from everyone else or kids would be at the front next to the main door. Probably good for generational families.
To get into the main house, you have to go into the locked door on the left which leads into the garage. Be careful as there is an approximate 7 inch step down into an unlit garage (the owner's vehicle is garaged). While we did not need it, the handicapped bathroom was in the bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds. A wheelchair would have had to come in through the sliding glass doors after manuevering through the patio furniture.
There were no garbage/trash bags furnished. The overall appearance of the furniture in the common spaces was worn. We could not get the dishwasher to work on our last day. We paid extra to have the pool heated, called and emailed several times, but the pool was never to the 84 degrees promised. The hot tub took approx 45-1 hr to heat up. It was in a quiet gated community. The 2700 sq feet must include the pool/patio area and garage. It may have been remodeled since the photos were taken but not the same interior wise. Several of the homes are the same so I think one group of pics are used for all homes. This is our 2nd vacation rental in the Kissimmee area...last year we rented a condo vice a house

Great family vacation!!!

What an enjoyable stay. The home was everything we had hoped for and more. We were close to everything, allowing us to spend less time traveling back and forth, and more time enjoying the activities we wanted to do. I was very impressed with how smoothly the transaction was, and how well we were accommodated. Jessica was most helpful and I would recommended her and the Home Away staff highly.
