This was the perfect 30 minute getaway from our home in Santa Barbara. Surf, beach runs and grilling each night, not a bad way to live for a week.

Had a great stay for our wedding weekend. Fresh paint and new furniture enhanced our comfort during a nice long weekend. Enough space to enjoy as a couple and to have a few friends to celebrate. Nice walks on the beach, sealife, and plenty of photo opps. Nice BBQ and plenty of deck and patio spaces to relax and entertain. Justin was a great contact and was available for questions and when the wireless went down. Our friends/family really enjoyed the environment and we even got fun waves up the point. I would definately recommend this property for a short or extended stay. Cheers!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was large enough to accommodate our family members with little ones and we weren't on top of each other. Beautiful sunrises, glorious sunsets, dolphins, whales, lots of starfish, tide pool exploring, boogie boarding, and just family time were our highlights. Thank you for making our family time together even more special. The owner was a joy to work with. Highly recommend!

This house is great for the family. The owner is profesional and helpful. The house has a wonderful patio with views of the beach and ocean. It was clean and furnished nicely. The upstairs bedrooms are nice however it should be noted that the downstairs bedroom is a converted garage which while nice can be cold. Heaters are supplied.

After our second year straight of great views and great swimming on the best side Faria Beach we will be coming back for more. The house itself is built for relaxing and has everything you need. Our Chocolate Labador feels right at home as well.The owner has always been accomidating. We just love it!

We had such a wonderful time at the beach house. It comfortably slept 5 of us & the house was clean & very comfortable & homey with everything we needed to cook & barbecue & hang out at the beach. Justin was great, really helpful & kind. It was the perfect place for our special birthday weekend & we can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time it was so relaxing and the house had everything we could have asked for-fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens and towels.BBQ tank was full and there were boogey boards for those who wanted.. It was a bonus having a second bedroom upstairs with two full beds and also having 2 sliders out to the balcony. The house was very clean when we arrived and we had absolutely no problems throughout our stay. Justin was great to work with right from day one when we showed interest in the property. We would recommend this property to friends and we will return. Our group ranged from 9yrs to 50yrs and we all had a great time including our Golden... Although we were there in mid Aug the majority of mornings were overcast and chilly but cleared everyday to warm sunshine and beautiful evenings it just gave us a chance to walk the dog and run some errands in the mornings without the heat. We are from Los Angeles so we did not venture too far from the house because we have been to all the surrounding areas it was a plus that the grocery store was close by.We chose this house because of the location - beachfront and pet friendly. It was a perfect vacation.

A great place to stay. We celebrated a friend's milestone birthday followed by a marvelous Mother's Day on Sunday. Two of us from Oregon, two from Alaska, two from Antelope Valley and Texas. Lots of memories to enjoy. The house is perfectly situated for fun in the sun with great beach access. All the amenities we needed were available plus a grocery store very close by. The owner was wonderful to work with. We would definitely rent here again.
