Truly a home away from home!

Had a wonderful week in this Green St. townhome! This is not our first nor will it be our last visit here. We are able to walk to campus to visit with our Hokies and love having all the conveniences of home awaiting us each time we arrive! We got to enjoy a spring snowstorm and loved bundling up and sitting on the balcony with a hot cup of coffee each morning. It is quiet and peaceful and has all the amenities necessary to give our boys a taste of home! Thanks again for a wonderful week!!

Justin was very helpful. The condo was clean and was well-stocked with everything we needed to make home-cooked meals and there was oplenty of room to unwind. It is close to town and the Va Tech campus, both of which we walked to. The next time we stay in town, I hope it's available.

Great place to stay for visiting Blacksburg area. Super clean and very quiet. Everything looks brand new and I highly recommend this to any of the hotels in town. More affordable & very roomy.

This was a great rental! We needed a furnished apartment for a month and this fit the bill perfectly. It is close to everything and it has everything you need. The apartment was clean, orderly, neat, there was fast internet and the neighbors were courteous. We can see how this would be the closest thing to staying near the stadium without sleeping in your car.

Our Virginia Tech Visit

A wonderful place to stay for a visit in Blacksburg. Very well kept home, nice and clean. Highly recommend this home for visiting VA Tech. We enjoyed a visit with our son and niece. This home provides a nice way to spend a bit more time together, rather than just having a meals out, why not cook meals in, and relax. Very easy walk to the sports facilities on campus, or into town to shop. We will be back!

Perfect as always!

This beautiful condo has become our home away from home! Both of our boys are currently at Tech and Green St. is within walking distance. The condo is wonderful and has all that you could need. We even cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen had everything. The owner is always helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be back soon!

Clean, modern airy townhouse

Clean, newly built townhouse. Has nice size kitchen area to cook if you want. Washer dryer right off kitchen. TV set up great. Easy to walk to VA Tech campus ... path from end of street goes right to back of football stadium.
Must be ok with stairs, first floor is garage, second is one bedroom plus living area, third is second bedroom.
Will return next trip to Blacksburg definitely!
