We were there for a week. This was cleanest vacation rental we have ever had, everything was exactly as shown on the website. Moune and Dominiq were exceptionally gracious hosts, were only an e-mail away for any question we had. For location and value, would rate this excellent. A washing machine on premises is a thoughtful touch, cuts down on clothes to be packed. We will definitely return.

Perfect gateway

SummerTime is located in a charming village in a walking distance to the best beaches on the island, great restaurants, bakery and grocery stores. Kitchen is very well equipped and the shadowy terrace is an excellent place to enjoy glass of vine or lunch in a private setting. Moune was very helpful and welcoming. Best host ever! We rented a car and visited the whole island and couple of beaches and we think that Orient Bay is the best spot on the island. It is very safe area and is not overcrowded. Highly recommend SummerTime for a romantic vacation!

Fun, Clean and Delightful!

We really enjoyed this condo in the heart of the village. We could walk to the beach in a minute as well as many restaurants-good restaurants! Bakery is also right there with the best French pastries. You can stay right in the village for the week if you want to; everything is right there. This is the second time we have rented from Moune & Dominque. They are a delight and just want you to enjoy your stay. They are very responsive to your needs. The price is very fair for this lovely, clean and very cool decorated condo.

A beautiful condo on the beach

Summertime is a beautiful condo located on Orient Beach. It was clean, well-kept and fully stocked. I believe that the apartment is best suited for a couple; it would be quite crowded with four people. Moune, the owner, was extremely helpful. She suggested her favourite restaurants and provided a hair dryer and electrical adapters.
The Bread and Cake bakery across the street sold wonderful baguettes and croissants. We ate breakfast there almost every morning. The other restaurants in the area are good but relatively expensive. There is better food to be found in Grand Case and Marigot.
I would recommend renting a car as we enjoyed exploring the island (particularly the French side). We swam daily on Orient Beach but also enjoyed exploring the other beaches, particularly at the north end of St. Martin.

great vacation

Jean and I loved everything about this apartment!
the location was very convenient, but the star is the apartment itself with georgous furniture and beautiful accessories. the white of the interior contrasted wonderfully with the pastels of the exterior colors of the bulidings.
also one could have a glass of French wine on the balcony while enjoying the live:music in the courtyard below.
in other words we really enjoyed our vacation with a great beach a two minute walk away.
