Photos and Description of the Honolulu vacation house rental
2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 4

Waialae Iki Ridge Resort offers incomparable 2 bedroom Hawaii living. Completely remodeled inside and out. My home is 2500 square feet of 'Tropical Resort Living.' Natural materials; slate, travertine, marble, Australian cherry wood and teak furniture. A quartzite deck and lush palms surround a custom-tiled, natural salt, solar-heated pool.

Enjoy your morning orange juice or an evening cocktail on the lanai overlooking the turquoise greens and deep blues of the Pacific Ocean. These same spectacular ocean views can be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen, office, and pool. The kitchen has all new appliances, but you will probably end up barbecuing pool side, in the warm Hawaiian trade winds.

Mark was the most gracious host meeting us at the property with a welcome basket. His hawaiian hospitality was extraordinary.

The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The architecture and interior design are impeccable and must be seen to believe. If anyone is looking for a quiet beautiful getaway on the island of Oahu, I would highly suggest this property!

Thank you Mark again for a wonderful vacation opportunity

Excellent Honolulu Location a wonderful home!

My wife, father and mother and stayed at this lovely home from November 9-16, 2010. We had been to Ohau a few times before, always staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. This home with private swimming pool, lovely ocean views, located in a quiet up-scale neighborhood far exceeded any Hilton visits before. The owner, Mark, was more than accommodating, helpful and gracious. He greeted us upon our arrival with a nice wine and macadamia nut basket, beer, sodas and water in the fridge and a spotlessly clean home.

In terms of convenience to the beach, Waikiki, HNL airport and all shopping, it does not get better than this. Even better, if you wish to tour the island via the Eastern Route, this home's location is an excellent starting point, avoiding ALL downtown Honolulu rush hour traffic. The heated pool, the open covered lanai with a daybed you could lounge all day, outstanding! High tech toys for those who feel they need HD TV, internet access you name it. Full sized and new washer/dryer, beautifully done kitchen and large Propane BBQ grill.

We are fellow VRBO owners and truly appreciate Mark's hospitality and top quality and gorgeous home. If you and yours wish to have a private, romantic, beautiful stay, with easy access to all Oahu has to offer, this is the home you need to rent. Mark? Thank you again for be so gracious and we wish you a Happy New Year.

Best decision we made regarding our honeymoon

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for our honeymoon in 2008. The home was incredible, the owner was such a wonderful person, the location was excellent and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer to really enjoy it because we were going to another island. We also were on the go so much seeing Oahu that we didn't stay in the home much except to sleep...my husband wishes we had just stayed and lounged at the house more. It was nice having a computer onsite and because of the experience we have now switched to Mac computers :) This was our first time doing a VRBO and it was a little scary to send a large amount of money to a stranger in advance but no worries. I highly recommend staying in this lovely home. We would love to come back with another couple one day and stay there.
