It is located just a half a block away from the world famous Windansea beach and takes just 3 minutes to walk from the front door down to the sand!
It comfortably sleeps 3 people with a large king size bed in the bedroom and a deluxe memory foam twin air mattress provided in the living room. The unit boasts a brand new kitchen with all new appliances and new furniture in the bedroom and living room. It also has a private fenced in outdoor patio with tropical landscaping, seating for 4, and a BBQ, making it perfect for evening cookouts! A brand new hot tub (shared with upstairs unit) has also been added to the property.

Cute place in a great location
We also really enjoyed the private and tropical outdoor area and we took full advantage of the patio seating, BBQ, and hot tub. Also, the management company was very attentive to all of our needs.
We will definitely be back!
Cute Spot by the Beach
The down sides: there was no indoor dining table (just a bar mounted to the wall); it is a bottom unit, and I do belive the top unit is a larger rental. We had a pretty large and active family in the upstairs unit so the noise from upstairs was not good. I am not sure if it was just our bad luck or thin floors.
