The 6 of us had a great time and particularly appreciated the outdoor space. There was plenty of sun or shade, whichever was desired, and the furniture was comfortable and inviting. The iguanas outside the wall on the cacti kept us entertained along with the birdlife. There was a sense of privacy despite neighbors close by. The house is well equipped and we particularly appreciated the folding chairs which we used constantly.
The house worked very well and I would recommend it and return myself.

Aruba Paradise Villa is the best place on the Island. Finally, after 17 trips to Aruba over 21 years, we have found the "perfect" place in the sun. My husband was a little nervous about dealing with someone "unknown", but Peter assured us that everything would be fine. It was outstanding!! Matthew, Anna, Izaira, and John were fantastic, making us feel right at home. They were great! Very nice, helpful, patient, and accommodating. We didn't want to leave. The villa is beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and spaceous. We didnt want to leave. The backyard was beautiful, not a lot of vegitation which was perfect for me because I am very afraid and hate the lizards. Thankfully there was on 3 small ones (it is their island). This is the perfect place (only place) for a family or a couple of friends to spend time enjoying all that the Island has to offer. The Villa is offically our "home away from home"! We can't wait until next year. We would like to thank Matthew, Anna, Izaira and John for making our vacation the "best" we have ever had!!

I am always pessimistic about booking on-line and trusting reviews/pictures/location, but our rental was simply perfect. Located right next to the high rise hotels, I felt we had the best of both worlds. We were close to the beach and we had our own private pool. The house was amazing; it was private (neighbors couldn't see us), it was clean and it pretty much had every convinience of home. We have 2 kids and they were very accomodating to find a park and play for our daughter and understanding our needs with regards to the kids. I must say that picking us up at the airport was a nice gesture; considering our plane landed 2 hours late, Anna was still waiting for us when we arrived and we followed her in the car we rented from the airport to the house which made the transition very easy.
They went through everything with us upon arrival, even came back the next day because we were tired from the trip. We had a few little things, Internet didn't work or pool needed cleaning, but whatever it was they immediately helped us, fixed the problem and even called the next day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
We were there 2 weeks, we went to a lot of local restaurants (may I suggest the flying fishbone or screaming eagle) and witnessed too many beautiful sunsets by the beach. We also went to De Palm island which our house manager took care of it for us. We were exceptionally well treated and taken care of, it was diificult to leave such a beautiful island and house. The pictures of the house are identical to what you see; there should be a picture of the front of the house so you could see how nice it is.
Honestly, I would go back today. We had great weather, even better service and it was very difficult to leave and come back to real life :)

I definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to RELAX in Aruba. It is actually prettier in person than the pictures show. Even when we had some issues, Matthew came out immediately and took care of them. Everyone associated with this house is so nice and they truly want your vacation to be perfect. This is the first time we have not stayed right on the beach and I was a bit worried about how that would be. It was great. (No fighting for chairs at the pool :) Palm beach is a few minutes away- but better than that- you can choose which beach you want to go to each day. Arashi was our favorite, but there are many to choose from. Jumping in the pool after a long day at the beach was something we looked forward to every day. I was so surprised that the pool stayed as cool as it did in such heat, but it was refreshing when it needed to be and warm and perfect early in the morning and after the sun went down. I thought 16 days on vacation would be enough- I WAS WRONG!!! :)

Your house in Aruba was fantastic. We really enjoyed the outside pool area and spent most of the time swimming or just relaxing with a cocktail on the patio. The house was very comfortable, clean, and in a very nice area. Close to the many beaches and good restaurants.
We would definitely recommend your home to anyone traveling to Aruba for
vacation.

This villa was exceptional. From the large and warm pool to the flat screen tvs in each of the bedrooms and living room, there was plenty of space and things to enjoy at the villa. The pool patio is adorned with a grill, sofa and lounge chairs as well as a generous dining table to enjoy meals. The kitchen is fully equipped, including toaster, blender and coffee maker. Just add your own groceries and you can enjoy eating in as well as proximity to eatin out near the high rise hotels. An easy walk or run to a local supermarket, as well as a nice jog to the beach from this privately located villa. This is a perfect place for 2, or for whole families who want to experience a more peaceful and serene Aruban visit.

Great service from the property managers from meeting us at the airport to showing us the amenities in the home. This was a great place to spend our spring break!!

"My Husband and I have been traveling to Aruba for many years looking to find the perfect place to stay with little success. At last we have found it! ArubaParadiseVilla. The villa was everything we have been looking for and more. Peter asked us "what could he do to improve the villa ?" my answer was "NOTHING". The backyard and pool area is spectacular. My Husband and I are not sun worshipers so shade is important. Although the back yard has sun for almost the entire day, the deck on the back of the house provides shade and comfort in what we called the "Outside Living Room". We loved ArubaParadiseVilla so much, we have booked the same 3 weeks out to 2014."

We want to thank you Peter and Helen for the use of your wonderful vacation home in Roi Santos. It was definitely more enjoyable than we expected. Very peaceful and quiet. It was close enough to the beaches and hotels for dining and shopping, but it was nice to escape back to our own private villa. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the pool area was definitely our place of leisure. We miss it already, especially after coming back to the cold. The property managers were great to work with and helped with every detail that we needed. We did rent a jeep, but it was definitely not needed. A regular car would do, but it was exciting, especially when it rained our first day and we were drenched within 5 minutes, but the sun came out instantaneously and all we did was laugh. Fun times. I would definitely recommend this place to any vacationer looking to stay in Aruba. The hotel beaches are nice and the grounds are beautiful, but if you're looking for a nice relaxing vacation, you will definitely want to escape all the hustle and bustle of the hotel districts.
