Condo, 5 Bedrooms + Loft + Den, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 13-15)

This large, beautiful condo is a perfect choice for large groups of golfers/skiers or families vacationing together. The versatile location is ideal for golf or ski enthusiasts. Don't golf or ski? Enjoy shopping in beautiful Harbor Springs and Petoskey, dining, sight seeing, beach combing, and all of the other popular Northern Michigan attractions. We're just a 20-minute drive from Pellston Regional Airport, We're about a four-hour drive from Detroit and six hours from Chicago. We are 30 minutes from historic Mackinaw Island.

Detroit News readers selected Boyne Highlands as Michigan's Best Ski Resort. Ski lift tickets for Boyne Highlands and Boyne Mountain Ski Resorts are interchangeable. Nubs Nob is just a couple minutes away. Boyne Highlands also has a tubing park, half pipe, lessons, beautrifully groomed trails for all levels of skiing and snowboarding, a day care center and state-of-the-art equipment rental. There are also miles of cross-country ski trails. Absolutely something for everyone. You are sure to create wonderful memories and have the time of your life. Bring your camera!!

Award winning golf at Boyne Highlands and other area courses is some of the best in the state. Golf courses are carved out ot the beautiful scenery at Boyne Highlands, Little Traverse Bay, Chestnut Valley, Hidden River Golf and Casting Club and numerous other area courses.

Area lakes boast numerous water sports (with rental equipment available). Within minutes there are loads of beaches, putt-putt golf, shopping, art galeries, fudge and ice cream shops, sight seeing, and other popular Northern Michigan "must dos". All of this fun is sure to round out your trip to be the best vacation possible.

Hunting and fishing are popular as well. Maple River is a Trout Unlimited Blue Ribbon Trout Stream. The Hidden River Golf and Casting Club offers guided trout fishing tours with equipment available.

Michigan in the fall is absolutely beautiful. Take advantage of lower rates and be sure to go on a fall color tour along Lake Shore Drive the "Canopy of Trees" from Harbor Springs to Cross Village for a breath-taking view.

About The Owner

This is us with our three kids, my brother and parents and my nephews. Not our best picture, since some of us are still in our pajamas! We always go up as a group and usually have several friends with us, too!

The Owner purchased this condo in 1995
Why The Owner chose Boyne Highlands

We chose to buy this condo because of its size. When we vacation we like to include all of our family and friends. We always take a large group with us. Some of our best memories are of our time together at the condo. We enjoy it year-round. It is also fun for just the 5 of us, so it is very flexible. We also like the closeness to Petosky, Harbor Springs and Mackinac Island.

What makes this condo unique

The condo is large enough to allow several families to stay together without getting in each-other's way. Yet, it is cozy enough to feel warm and inviting. The finished basement with lots of room allows everyone to do what they enjoy...play games, watch tv, sit and read quitely, visit...there truly is something for everyone.

We would like to say you thank you very much for the cozy, comfortable and wonderful home we rented this February. As you remember there were three families of us and we did not bother each other because your home is big enough to fit even too big company. You provide all for your guests for the great vacation and all of us found some activity in your home. The location is perfect. I hope everything will be fine and the next year we can rent again your wonderful home.

We returned for a second year and loved it yet again. Thank you for a great condo and allowing us to rent for another great vacation. We enjoyed the resort and found the Don Ross Memorial Golf course to be fabulous, although very tough, oh well. We are already talking about returning next yerar since there are still so many things to do in that area.

This was a great place to vacation for our large family. The accomodations were superb and we lacked nothing. The pool and hot tubs were excellent. Everyone enjoyed our stay and we are planning on returning next year. Thank you for offering your condo for a special time for our family.

#12 Boyne Highlands

This summer we brought 14 of our friends to
stay at Boyne Highlands. Katy and Doug's spot
was perfect for our needs, and they were both
very helpful and professional in working with
us.

Let us count the many things we loved about
staying at Boyne Highlands Resort, condo #12,
guests of Doug and Katy McCullough:

- going for our evening jogs throughout the
golf course on the non-humid Michigan
evenings
- having parasailing, shopping, beaches,
light-houses, sea-kayaking, sailing, and
Mackinac Island all within short drives
- having our (competitive and exciting) pool
tournament downstairs
- spreading out in the luxury of space in the
home
- arguing over who would get the spacious
King bedroom suite
- coming home from one of our daily
excursions to cook dinner in the fully stocked
and well organized kitchen
- cooking out on the deck, with the provided
grill and charcoal
- eating meals together on the large dining
room and living room tables
- talking with neighbors who were excited that
we had come so far from St. Louis to Michigan
- the wireless internet that allowed us to e-
mail photographs from our trip home to
friends
- the golf, tennis, basketball and other
amenities provided at the resort

We had a lovely week staying in the home. It
is a wonderful place.
