Thank you for allowing us to rent your condo. We had a great time and the unit was wonderful. The weather was in the upper 70’s to low 80’s until Friday, when it hit 90. But there was a nice breeze. We didn’t need the air conditioning until Friday evening. With the screen door and sliding patio door, the breeze kept the unit quite comfortable. We saw dolphins several times and had beautiful sunsets. We did use the beach chairs every day. We would definitely rent your unit again. Now just have to save up for the next vacation.
The only thing you might want to check is the tub drain in the bathroom in the hallway. It seemed to be very slow to drain. Other than that, we had no complaints.

I can't figure out how to post a review on VRBO so could you post the following:
We had a great stay at your condo, the weather was perfect and everyone we met at the complex was very friendly; this is a very family friendly place to spend a week. We loved spending time at St Johns Pass and it was just a short walk down the beach and it was also just a short drive to take the ferry from Ft Desoto State Park out to Egmont Key. This was a great day trip I would highly recommend. Thanks again for sharing your condo with us

I have posted my comment below for you to put up for future renters. I may even be in touch with you again over the summer about staying again.
On regards to our recent stay at this condo, we had a wonderful time. Us, and three other couples for comfortably and all of us were extremely impressed with how spacious it was! The view was gorgeous (obviously with it being located directly on the beach). In fact, we even spotted a little dolphin family swimming by as he sun was setting. It was a relaxing experience, especially considering that our night stay was at the conclusion of an 8 hour fishing trip we had charted right up the road at the johns pass boardwalk. It was in a great location and we look forward to staying again. All of the other guests took down your information and I am sure will think of your place when considering where to stay when visiting the area. Thanks so much again for everything!

Cleanest condo ever

We loved the condo! One of the cleanest we have ever been in. We have been renting on Madeira Beach for over ten years and have stayed in a lot of different condos so we have a pretty good idea of what's out there. We love the location and will definitely consider this condo again in the future.

This is a lovely condo overlooking the facility pool-very spacious, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay the month of February 2013. This location is ideal for recreational and beach activities. An easy walk to shops, restaurants and John's Pass. Incredible sunsets! We highly recommend this condo!

Good morning,
We had a wonderful time and I greatly appreciate you sharing your home with us. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the Condo exceeded our expectation. There was nothing about our stay for which I have regrets.
As I sit in my office just having shoveled 10 inches of snow my mind drifts back to walks on the beach in the morning and enjoying beautiful sunsets.
We have every intention of returning and are hoping to spend next year at your condo.

Fantastic Condo!

Thanks so much for letting us use your condo! We had a blast! The condo is so much bigger than the pics show! It is very spacious and we really felt like we were at a home away from home. We had everything we would need in the kitchen, grocery store was within 5 min, restaurants close by as well. I highly recommend John's pass for shopping and eating.
We love the soft sandy beach and the sunsets are amazing! There was a sea turtle nest right outside the condo and while we were there some of them had hatched! It was really neat to see the tracks in the sand. From the balcony we could watch dolphins playing and jumping out of the water, really exciting!
We will definitely come back to this great condo!! The owner was great too, always there to answer any of my many questions.

We had a great time. The condo was fabulous! We were very pleased with the size, availability of 'the comforts of home' and the decor of the home. We were able to feel it was OUR 'home away from home,' not just another rental; for that, I thank you. I will also be putting up a very positive review, similar to what I've written here on VRBO.
We didn't use the treasure chest, but it definitely still has toys and great chairs in it. That was another pleasant surprise. We would definitely return to your home given the chance, unfortunately we live in Atlanta and we won't be able to return during the month of August. The other family who stayed with us might be able to return, though, if that offer is available to them and you still have that last minute availability. Thank you for your gracious offer of absorbing the cleaning fees. If I may extend that to them (again, if the dates are still available), please let me know and I will pass the information on to them.
