Enjoy our one-of-a-kind townhouse, its spacious rooms, unique amenities, and ideal location at 1041 Central Ave on the NE corner of 11th and Central! 3 large bedrooms (King bed; Full and Single beds; & Queen and 2 bunks) and 3 recently-remodeled, full baths provide spacious sleeping options and the comfort of your own bathroom. A family-friendly environment that includes two pack-and-plays for the newest members of your clan. Televisions and DVD players are in each bedroom, and also in the living room.

Enjoy our remodeled, open kitchen design (2011), with island seating plus a table and chairs that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The front balcony is a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and read the paper under the shade of our large oak trees. Have a hearty breakfast on the back deck with the family before walking 2 short blocks to the beach and boardwalk.

Use the two parking spaces to park your car for the week and walk to everything you need - beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, grocery, etc. 6 beach tags, buckets, shovels, and a wagon will help you make the short trip to the recently rebuilt beachfront on this protected beach area.

For grandmom and grandpop or the single aunt or uncle who want to join the fun from the comfort of their own quarters, a full one bedroom, one bath unit, with full kitchen and living area is on the ground floor and available for select weeks for an additonal cost. About The Owner

We are a four member family, currently living in Washington, DC. Our toddlers (ages 2 and 4) love the Ocean City house and the inviting family-friendly environment of American's favorite family resort. We love the safe, protected environment of Ocean City, and the ability to walk to all of the local attractions from our home.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2005
Why The Owner chose Boardwalk

After spending many summers visiting Ocean City on family vacations, my husband and I purchased this home to give our children all of the wonderful, fond memories that we shared of this lovely family-friendly location. We remodeled this home to serve as a gathering place of family and friends for long summer days and special occasions, like holidays and birthdays.

What makes this townhome unique

I love to wake on a beautiful summer morning and walk up to the boardwalk with my kids in our PJs and enjoy a freshly-brewed Ocean City coffee. On more energetic days, I skip the coffee and run the beautiful 5 mile stretch of boardwalk to the soothing sounds of the ocean crashing on the beach or head up to the beach for yoga and pilates classes.

The pace of life in Ocean City is ideal for rest, relaxation, and recharging your batteries.

My sisters and I rented the house and the attached apartment for a 3 generation vacation. This home easily accomodated four kids and 8 adults. We never felt that we were on top of each other which is a blessing with a large group. The beautiful patio set on the back deck allowed us to not only dine al fresco but was a great place to relax and enjoy some cool ocean breezes once the kids were in bed. We loved that there was parking with this rental and that beach tags were included. This is an easy walk to both the boardwalk/beach and the down town shopping area.We had a wonderful time and can't wait to do it again next year! .

I took myself, husband, daughter and 5 yr old grandson. The condo was much larger then the picture showed, all moden appliances, large bathrooms and bedrooms, a big kitchen and huge living room with a very comfortable and homey feeling. There has disney, cartoon network, and nickelodeon for my grandson There was HBO, Showtime and Starz that my husband, daughter, and myself took great advantage of during downtime at night and when it rained the one day we were there. My grandson loved the large tubs for bathtime. There was two decks, one giving us privacy with trees and the second larger deck that could have sat at least eight adults comfortably with a table and umbrella where we sat and ate dinner two nights. With such a short distance to the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants, we were able to walk every where easily. I would definitely go back again.

Fun time in Ocean City

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Ocean City at this house. Megan and Dave (owners) readily answered all my questions before and during our stay. The house was even better than how they described it! We felt very comfortable staying there. The only problem was Hurricane Irene! We had to cut our vacation short due to the weather. Megan called to check on us numerous times which was very nice. She kept us posted on the evacuation notices and made sure that we were leaving in plenty of time to be safe.
Everything in the house seemed new; the bathrooms, the kitchen etc. We really liked walking to everything! The location was great!
