Enjoy your stay in this comfortable Gulf view condominium at Sundial. This quiet west-end unit is one of the largest studio units in the complex at 778 square feet and sleeps 4. This lovely condominium offers many amenities like wireless Internet, cable TV, stereo, DVD/VCR, music CDs, books, games and beach items. Fun and tropical décor for a great SW Florida vacation on Sanibel Island. Enjoy an evening on the screened lanai gazing at the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico! And being on the 3rd floor means you can leave the lanai door open all the time.

This property does have Free High-Speed Wireless Internet.

NOTE: Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during peak season (December to mid April). Shorter periods are occasionally available but rarely in peak season.

Jim & Di's place on Sanibel was just fabulous! Extremely well maintained and wonderful home base for our 5 day stay. Kitchen was remodeled and the whole place was just perfect for our needs. Very highly recommended!

Owner's Response: We truly appciate the kind words of our guests. And recommendations for improvements too. We sincerely care about the comfort of our guests and their overall experience on the island. It's a treat having such nice guests and especially that their stay was exceptional.

Sundial C310 was more than we hoped for. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us for a month long stay. Everything was clean, fresh, updated and comfortable. There was not a thing we needed that wasn't provided. The kitchen was well equiped, the lanai was a great extension of living space, the beach supplies were perfect. The home owners went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, updated us on island happens and made sure we knew they were just a phone call away if anything was needed. This will be our first choice when returning to the island.

Owner's Response: We appreciate, so much, the kind words of our guests. We have not had a negative review in the 9 years we've had the condo. But our reason for being pleased by this is that we love the island and always strive to keep our condo updated, fun, and fully equipped. Our guests comfort at reasonable prices is our first priority! We hope guests will return and enjoy this paradise whether to our unit or another property, but hopefully to our small piece of paradise.
