House, 4 Bedrooms + Sunroom, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 7-10)

Located in the beautiful Leelanau peninsula, this spacious three bedroom home features a full kitchen with dishwasher and complete laundry area. The back deck overlooks a winding trout stream. Close to golf courses and parks, the property is two miles from beaches, restaurants and shopping. The Leelanau Sands Casino is four miles away and there are numerous vineyards and wineries in the area. There are one and a half baths and the sunroom can be used as a fourth bedroom if needed. Also the sofa is very comfortable for sleeping. BBQ and fire pit provided. Large back yard and wooded trails for hiking. Sattellite TV upstairs and down.

What makes this house unique

Morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the stream is a very nice way to start the day. Centrally located to a variety of beaches, parks, golf courses, restaurants and shopping.

This house was gorgeous! Everything you need is provided. Loved sitting on the porch with the family. Very close to town. Can not wait to stay again!

It was a great pleasure to spend a week at this lovely property. The house is ligtht and airy with many large windows. The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire area. They have provided all the comforts and conveniences one could want in a vacation home. Plenty of room for our family of ten, plus the kids had ten acres to roam around. The back deck has a placid feel looking down on the stream. Very neat and clean. We also enjoyed sitting on the stone porch throughout the day. Highly reccommended!
