Everything about this condo is an A-plus. The owners are extremely accommodating. The unit was super clean, well furnished. The view of Petco park was great from the unit and FANTASTIC from the ICON Skybox plus you get a bit of a view of Coronado Bridge and San Diego Bay. The building is newer, clean and upscale. Location can't be beat. Gaslamp district a few blocks walk but there's plenty of restaurants right in East Village. A 7-11 about a block away was an added perk!

I stayed at this unit at the Icon Building the month of Sept. and it was perfect. Beautifully furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you need and more. The location is excellent, especially if you want to catch a baseball game at Petco or need a convenient location for the Convention Center. Wonderful views of Petco, San Diego Bay and downtown. The rooftop terrace is great, with BBQ grills lounge chairs and phenomenal views, whether you want to catch a Padre game, get some sun or just enjoy the view. The Icon is also close to the action of the Gaslamp (just a few blocks) and within walking distance to all the attractions of downtown.
I also enjoyed the walks across the new pedestrian bridge toward the Hilton, along the Embarcadero, Marina Park , Seaport Village and back. The trolley is also close by if you don't have your own car or want to head for a relaxing ride to Old Town, Mission Valley or go to a Charger game at Qualcomm.
The owners were great to deal with and made the rental experience a joy. Thanks Maureen and David for your assistance and great accommodation.

I stayed at this property in July and it was a lovely experience. The unit is in a great building with doorman. The condo is clean and modern. Everything is new and comfortable. Lovely views and the owners were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended for a stay in San Diego!

This condo is overlooking petco park..... the views are amazing!! I could have sat on the balcony all day on that 17 th floor looking at the view of petco park and the ocean with boats passing under the blue bridge. This place is within walking distance to everything your heart desires, but was extremely quiet too, the best of both worlds. The condo itself is designed beautifully, brand new everything! New carpet, new furnishings, a comfortable bed, underground parking, keys to enter building...safe and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and cant wait to go back. It's hard to find a privately owned condo that is in this condition, it appears to be brand spanking new. I was compelled to write a review after this stay because we were so pleasantly surprised by the security of this place, the friendliness of people and staff, and the location. We walked to dinner and coffee in the morning....what a wonderful stay. Don't hesitate to book this place, you won't be sorry! Can't wait to go back!! 5 stars!!
