I stayed here for a week in January - it was perfect! The condo itself is lovely - decorated beautifully - beachy, but classy. And it was spotless. The view from the balcony is gorgeous - loved the sunrises! I was lucky to hit very warm weather - in the 80s during the day - still comfortable at night. I was able to sleep with the master BR window open a bit - lulled by the crashing waves. The kitchen is well equipped, living room comfy, bathrooms and bedrooms spacious. The location was perfect - near the village - I think it's the nicer part of New Smyrna Beach - it has personality! Be sure to try the lobster roll at Heavenly Cafe & the lobster bisque (but not the shrimp roll)....and the Flagler Tavern was also yummy! The location was also convenient to the Atlantic Center for the Arts, where I took a class for the week. Fly into the Daytona Beach airport - very user friendly and closer/less hassle than Orlando. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Cindy!

My husband and I stayed here in February and March 2012, and will be returning in 2013. We can't even begin to articulate how fantistic the accommodations are they were above and beyond ou expectations. Cindy/Hank were very gracious host's they shared their home like it was ours.
The condo location has everything to offer just 1-2 blocks from Flagler Ave, many food choices and lots of shopping. For the person who loves to walk of just people watch there is miles of white sand beach. Always activesin the area from air shows to art shows, wine walks parades, fairs, and a weekly farms market. The master bedroom is great lots of space, spare room even bigger with plenty of room for four. Bathromms were very user friendly. I can't say enough about the kitchen all new appliances with ample supply of cooking utensils for the person who loves to cook. The view of the ocean is extraordinay from the balcony. Pool is warm and wonderful to swim, very friendly people with an secure atmosphere. We can't wait to return for more fun in the sun.

The condo was very clean and a very cute decor. We were so comfortable and felt right at home. The view and location was fantastic. Would recommend it 100%.

Owner was very accomidating and every thing was as advertised.Condo was clean and well furnished , we felt very much at home. Grounds and pool were imaculate. The beach, well it's the beach, need I say more. Close to the shops, resturants and grocery store. We look forward to coming back again.

This New Smyrna Beach condo was just as described and then some!!! The ocean front view of the beach was amazing! The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of four.Tons of room and plenty of places just to sit and relax. The condo was clean and fresh. Parking was a breeze. It is a very nice, quiet, secure condo complex. The property owner was very easy to work with. She provided very accurate instructions on how to access the property and she quickly responded to any questions that I had. She also provided great local knowledge of the area. We will most definitely be repeat customers to this condo!! We've already recommended it to several friends!!

Absolutely stunning unit! Clean and vey well taken care of! Owner was extremely friendly and accommodating! Could not have asked for a better experience! Cannot wait until we can visit again!
