The Penthouse has a Master Bedroom suite with private bath, tub and shower, walk-in closet and dressing area. The second bedroom and the sleep in den share a second shower-equipped bathroom. The Master bedroom suite in separated from the other 2 bedrooms/den by the great room in a split room concept - perfect for a second couple or guests with children.

The Penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen off the great room dining area including refrigerator, oven-stove top, micro-wave, dish washer, clothes washer and dryer, dishes, pots and pans and serving trays. The open dining area includes a large table and six chairs. In the dining area here is a credenza and serving cabinet for buffet style meals with a, drawers for table-top accessories, a wine storage refrigerator and stereo system hidden underneath. All bathrooms/bedrooms have towels and linens.

The Penthouse is equipped with beach chairs, sun umbrella and beach towels – just bring your swimsuit and flip-flops. There are two outside showers for beach sand spray-off upon your return. The powdery textured sugar-sand will caress your feet as you stroll along the Gulf of Mexico. This is a beach walker or runner’s paradise. Watch beautiful sunsets from the Gulf front porch, stroll the beach or just sit in a beach chair watching the beauty unfold.

You will have 2 reserved parking spaces under the street-side carport plus 2 more guest cars can be parked behind them. Should you have more visitors you can park in the beach access parking lot next door. You are just a few blocks walk from the world famous “Siesta Key Village” where you will find fashion-wear shops, jewelry and beach fashion shops. You delight in the fine and casual dining restaurants, beach theme bars, candy, cupcake and ice cream shop. Siesta Key Village also has a full service pharmacy, market and hardware store along with gas station/convenience store.

Want adventure? The local attractions in the Sarasota Bay Area will surprise and delight you. Take a trip to Mote Marine Aquarium and Research facility. Located on Sarasota’s “City Island” near St. Armand Key. On your return, stop in St. Armand's Circle, at one of the many casual restaurants. After lunch stroll around the circle for hours of shopping exploration. Historic Spanish Point should also be on your list of half-day trips. Learn about the region’s prehistory in “A Window to the Past,” the only archaeological exhibition in the nation built inside of a shell mound. Your family can also connect to Florida’s inspiring pioneers by seeing Sarasota’s first produce packing house, a charming chapel and pioneer cemetery, and the beautifully preserved Guptill House, built in 1901. The Penthouse is available for year round for weekly rental periods call or email for availability. The rental rate is 7 nights $1,925; 14 nights $3,150 and $5,500 per month winter rates and somewhat less in summer and fall.

$99 one time charge for damage insurance, ask owner for details (no deposit required) or a $500 damage deposit required for all rentals.
