Our stay at this magnificent condo was outstanding. The location is fantastic, just minutes to the grocery store and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer dryer was a plus. We have been to Puerta Vallarta many times, we knew the area and many of our favorite restaurants were near by. ( La Leche and the Happy Lobster) The bus is on the corner for a quick trip to Old Town or the Marina.
Great place to stay. It is as beautiful as the pictures indicate!

1) Bob is fabulous to deal with.
2) The condo is amazing.
3) Read the other reviews. I 'ditto' everyone of them The unit is amazing, the grounds immaculate and the area is grand. Grocery store is close by. Convenient store just a few steps away from the building. Bus stop at the grocery store. A short walk to the pier just down the road. All convenient!!!

The condo is absolutely beautiful and Bob and Lourdes will take great care of you and make sure everything is perfect. Puerto Vallarta is very nice and if I visit again I would definitely stay at Bob's condo again, the view each morning was just incredible.

Bob is an amazing owner. Bob diligently answered all my questions regarding the condo and gave me more tips regarding the food, life and history of Puerto Vallarta. I felt extremely comfortable renting from him and with the whole process. Besides that, this condo is nothing short of spectacular. When I walked into the unit I was SHOCKED. The furnishings are top class, the kitchen extremely modern and the VIEWS just WOW. Imagine South Beach times 10 and that is what you will get. I would stay at the ICON again and again and would definitely rent any or all of Bob's units for my next stay. Do yourself a favor and rent with Bob, he is simply nothing short of the BEST.

This place was AWESOME!! My husband and I with 3 kids (aged 20, 17, and 10) spent 9 days in Bob's condo. From the time I made my first inquiry (newbies to Mexico) up until the day we left for our trip, Bob answered all questions (silly or otherwise) via e-mail/phone about the property and things to do and see in Puerto Vallarta. I felt like I was renting from a friend. Everything he said about the ICON is absolutely true except that it's even lovelier in person. It's definitely the best of both worlds: exclusive hotel feel with restaurant and waiters (Jose Luis is the best!) taking orders around the pool, but with all the comforts of home (lots of living space, full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, washer/dryer, etc). I looked at how crowded the surrounding hotels were and imagined small hotel rooms, then looked at ICON’s private, peaceful beach and thought “Boy was I smart to book this place!”
Heads up to parents with little kids: inflatables aren't allowed in pool but water wings okay.
Bob recommended La Dolce Vita restaurant at the Malecon (boardwalk) and likened it to San Francisco North Beach quality food. We're both from the Bay Area so I knew what to expect based on his recommendation. La Dolce Vita was even BETTER. I ordered the seafood pasta (also Bob’s recommendation) and it was tastier than any seafood pasta I’ve had in the Bay Area. The prawns were huge! My hubby ordered a New York steak from there – delicious! My kids also enjoyed all their dishes and the desserts were wonderful.
Another recommendation by Bob was the Rhythms of the Night tour. Hubby and I had a terrific date night. I also saw kids on this tour, but it’s more for couples. Highly recommend this as well as the Las Caletas day trip. The latter is definitely good for families. What’s great about these activities is that they start at the Maritime Terminal which is just a 5 min walk from the condo. The pirate ship adventure takes off from there, too, though we didn’t get to go (hopefully next time!) After Rhythms at 11:30 pm my hubby and I walked back to the condo and felt absolutely safe.
Short walk to full grocery, quick cab ride to WalMart and mall for $4, Malecon boardwalk $6. Easy and convenient.

This was our family's first stop on a 3 week Mexican vacation to visit my husbands family. This place has top notch service, views, amenities as well as Bob himself is kind and very easy to deal with. The add stated that the condo slept 6 and when he found out we had our 4 kids coming, he had his property manager put a futon in the extra room just for our kids!
The condo itself is beautiful, comfy and clean. The pools are the same. The food and beach bar are excellent and cheap to boot! We had 4 adults and 4 kids drinking and snacking all day and our bill was never over 80$! We loved everything about this place and are already planning our trip back next year ;)

Can't say enough good about this condo,yes 5 star. The view from not only the balcony but the living room and kitchen was amazing. Very close to town, but you really don't have to leave. Lots of walking distance restaurants, stores and even the movie theater.
You take the elevator from your room and you are just a few steps from the beautiful courtyards, huge pools and the beach. A restaurant and bar onsite, you could stay right there and never leave.
And of course the condo was beautiful and clean, the beds super comfortable and everything you need in the kitchen, lots of towels, even a washer and dryer!

I am speechless. Everything was perfect! The condo was very nice with a superb view of the pool and beach. The location was also super convenient to get to the Downtown area and close to the airport. The beach was literally in our "front yard."
We had a great experience from the beginning:
1) Were picked up from the airport by Lourdes, the property manager and dropped off at the condo
2) The owner Robert had a few recommendations of places to check out and things to do while in Puerto Vallarta.The "Rythms of the Night" tour is a MUST. Robert was very helpful and kind throughout the whole booking process. He took his time to explain the amenities, surroundings and culture of PV. We truly had a wonderful experience.

I would definitely recommend staying at this condo!
