Every room of this luxury 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa exudes comfort and elegance and is sure to satisfy even the most discerning tastes. Located at the end of a small, residential street in Mokosica (just 10-15 minutes’ driving distance to Dubrovnik), Villa Bellagio borders acres of beautiful gardens and a natural spring with pure drinking water.

The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, each with queen size bed, air conditioning, and ensuite bathroom. A small hallway leads to a large summer kitchen which opens onto a furnished patio with gas barbecue grill—a perfect site for poolside summer dinners. The 1st floor has 2 more bedrooms, each with queen size bed, air conditioning, and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd floor boasts a full kitchen with dining area, a laundry room with toilet, and a spacious living room with panoramic windows that overlook the marina. Sunsets from this room are spectacular!

About the location: Villa Bellagio is located at the end of a quiet, residential street. The villa borders acres of beautiful gardens and a natural spring. Because the villa sits at the end of the road, there are no passing cars and guests can enjoy their stay in total seclusion and tranquility.

Amazing, luxurious villa

“Our whole family spent great time in Croatia, and the very reason is Villa Bellagio. The villa is amazing – luxurious, spacious, etc. Also, thank you for the restaurant where we had a dinner. Everything tasted very good and service was first-class. If we will visit Croatia one more time, we will surely book this villa again. And we will recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances.”
