Much better than we expected!!

Much better than we expected!! ,It was a great place to stay the house is like new, it has 3 bedrooms everyone with its own bathrooms very clean, the house is completely equipped with HD TV and high speed internet. The kitchen is very nice with a big pantry; you have everything you need to enjoy your stay it has a patio with a bbq grill, the garage fitted a huge car like the expedition we rented.
We were traveling with kids and baby’s and the have a high chair and a pack n play crib very useful.
Also the location is great because you are between San Diego city center, La Jolla and Fashion Valley.

i just can not say enough about our great vacation . We had the perfect home away from home. Everything was just so convention. The kitchen was better equipped than mine at home. The beds were so comfortable I wanted to just sleep all the time.The whole family wanted to just move in. WE ranged in age from11 to 81.So for everyone to be happy was amazing. I also want to thank Rich for all his help.

We were wowed as soon as we walked up the stairs!
The description was very accurate with all the amenities you would need, very clean, lots of space for a family of 4 and the teenagers were very happy with the TV's and WiFi. The location was ideal with easy access to the Highway and downtown. It was close enough to walk or bike to Crown Pt. beach to watch the Seaworld fireworks and swim with the flying fish! We highly recommend Fred's Mexican Grill on Garnet - great atmosphere and food. Von's and Ralph's were close by for groceries. Our only complaint was the morning rush hour along Lamont but we soon got used to it. I've already recommended this townhouse to a close friend and would love to come back. Thanks Rich for everything!

Awesome Rental!

This rental exceeded our expectations! We had 2 sets of grandparents with us and several kids... The layout was great! It was very clean, nice and had everything we needed... Location is good, short walk to store etc.... On fairly busy street which was ok for us, but might not be for others... The amenities for this condo were far better than others- parking, laundry, tvs, playstation, top of the line kitchen... Great place to stay for the price! Owners very easy to work with

This is a very nice townhouse in a great location in San Diego. The three story layout works great for a family. There is a downstairs bedroom with a TV and a bathroom which gave my two daughters tons of privacy. The 2nd story family room and kitchen is very open and the finish out is very nice. The master bedroom upstairs is also very nice and the bathroom is really well done. The home is very well equipped and the bikes and beach equipment at the house were very nice extras. The Mission Bay location is very convenient to Sea World and is a great area to bike and run in.
Please note that his unit doesn't have central AC. San Diego is so nice that you don't really need it though.
I would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again.

Family Vacation, family of four plus grandparents

The description of the property was very accurate and the amenities were beyond expectation. There was plenty of room for the six of us, four adults and two children. We were familiar with the area so the location was great. We could walk to the beach at Crown Point with the children where they could splash in the water or enjoy the playground. The condo was our base for trips to Legoland, Sea World, the beach and Disneyland. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was clean. We would recommend this property to a friend and we hope to rent the condo again for our next stay in San Diego. There are restaurants and stores near the condo, we really liked The Fishery Restaurant. The owner's customer service was very good, resulting in a trouble free vacation. We had two cars, one we parked in the garage and the other on the street. We never had trouble finding parking on the street. It was a great vacation for our family.
