Well appointed home along Grey Neck Road. Beach at the end of the road and 2 addtional beaches within easy walking distance (Earle Road and Pleasant). Spacious Great Room with wet bar and fireplace opening to expansive deck. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Large 3 season sun-porch opens onto a fenced backyard with patio, child's swing set, outdoor shower and gas grill. Sleeps maximum of 8 with 2 full baths. (2 queens and 4 twins) Cable and Wi-fi access. Washer/Dryer Less than two miles from Harwich Port shops and restaurants and Sundae School Ice Cream Shop. Biking and Walking Trails close by. No pets/No Smoking

What a wonderful time we had! This house far exceeded our expectations, it is quite spacious yet feels cozy. The condition of the house was immaculate and fully supplied with cooking utensils, games, puzzles, books, movies, and more. With a short walk to the beach, the location is perfect! The beach is great for taking walks, swimming, watching the sunrise and sunset, and finding shells (look for conch shells after high tide or early in the morning!) Our favorite after dinner treat was getting an ice cream, shake, or Ricky at Sundae School in Dennisport on Lower County Rd!! We have stayed at many Cape houses over the past few years and this is by far our favorite! We would recommend to any family, couples, or friends wanting some time away.

This is a lovely, spacious house with plenty of room for a big family. The house is well-appointed and has everything you'd need for a week on the beach. The enclosed backyard is wonderful, particularly if you have children. The beach at the end of the road is an easy walk and even on the nicest days is never crowded with people. We'll definitely be coming back!
