This property is the largest Classic Spanish Colonial Mansion in Playas Del Coco, which is 20KM from the Liberia International Airport (LIR). It has 6500sft of indoor space (16 ft ceilings) , with an additional 2000 square feet of 10 covered and tiled decks for year-around out-door living. Comfortable and custom-made Teak furniture, to accommodate up to 40 people, make out-door dining and relaxation possible, amidst serene, scenic, and absolutely private surroundings. The house offers amazing views of the ocean, mountains, and valleys, from every deck, and every-room , ina 2 1/2 acres of a fully gated estate, with classic gardens, and a swimming pool. It has a fully-equipped very large modern kitchen, with all stainless-steel appliances, double-oven, six-burner stove, side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, etc, and granite counters.The house is extremely well-furnished. Ideal for Weddings, & Honeymoons year-around. 18-hole Golfing privileges are available.

Weddings: This is a 2-1/2 acre gated Spanish Hacienda in a very romantic and memorable setting. There are 16 feet ceilings in every bedroom, bathroom and living room, and 25 feet ceilings in the kitchen area, to keep the house fresh and cool throughout the year. Each room has ceiling fans, and split air-conditioners.The mature gardens have been developed over many decades. It is an ideal setting for weddings and honeymoons. Our Costa Rica based professionals can arrange every detail of a most elaborate, or alternatively a most simple, wedding of your choice for as many as 150 guests (including seating arrangements), or for as few as 10 guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Estate...a true Spanish Hacienda. The ambiance of the house, gardens, the pool, and tennis court was much better than described. A perfect place for an extended family vacation. Everything you can possibly ask for.
