Great Thanksgivng Holiday Stay

Three of us, my wife, daughter and myself stayed at this unit in November 2012 for ten nights. At our arrival we collected keys, parking pass etc at the front desk without any delay and were very pleased with the layout and the fantastic view as we entered the unit. Rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary tools and gadgets we needed. The apartment is well appointed, very comfortable and clean. We entertained friends and family a few times during our stay and had like 10 guests for Thanksgiving and everyone had a great time. Overall our experience was excellent from the service provided by Chicago Premier Suites to the actual stay. Highly recommeded.

Condo on 45th floor

Loved the condo. The bedding was great and the condo was in a perfect location for shopping and dining. The only concern was that in this particular condo, both internet and cell phone service (Verizon) were practically nonexistent. When trying to use my Verizon MIFI for internet, it did not work either. In order to talk on cell phone, you had to stand out on the balcony and then it was sketchy. If this issue were resolved, the condo would be perfect.

Gorgeous Building, Unbeatable Location, Definitely will Return

After scouring the web looking for high-floor condos in one of the best areas in Chicago, we stumbled across this listing. We were a group of guys flying in from all across the country for a labor-day getaway weekend. This building was spectacular. The location is exactly where we were looking, the corner of State and Grand, it doesn't get any better. The view and balcony were perfect. Tim was very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. And on top of everything, our deposit was refunded promptly.<br><br>
The next time I'm looking for a place to stay in Chicago, this will be the first place I look.<br><br>
I also want to point out that there were some other places I found on VRBO that looked extremely nice, labeled "Penthouse #1, 2, & 3", which I was looking at first, however after dealing with the gentleman on that property, it was clear we were not being dealt with professionally. The quote I received was about 40% more than what a friend received for the same unit for the same dates. Then when we went to book it, we were told it was already taken.<br><br>
With this property, it was the complete opposite, the people were very straightforward and helpful when trying to book. Like I said, Tim was a top notch liaison.
The next time I'm looking for a place to stay in Chicago, this will be the first place I look.<br><br>

One Week Stay in Chicago River North

My family stay at 540 North State Street (Grand Plaza Hotel) and CPS made it extremely convenient and easy to check-in, park and check-out. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations and CPS was responsive to any questions/needs during our stay.
I would highly recommend this (and already have) to friends and family who are staying for extended periods of time in Chicago.
My only complaint was that we had very bad reception/internet services in our apartment, but know that is an issue that CPS couldn't fix with out the network providers in the area. We had other family members staying in the condo that didn't have that issue as well, so seemed isolated to just our unit.
I would highly recommend this (and already have) to friends and family who are staying for extended periods of time in Chicago.

Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend

Just returned from our family vacation in Chicago. This condo was awesome! It was so much better than staying in a hotel. Having a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms was great. It was so quiet & the views were spectacular. It was very clean & exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for us to do some light cooking, which was wonderful as my granddaughter has alergies to some foods. The furnishings were very nice & the location was great. We were close to the Rainforest Cafe, Hardrock Cafe & also within walking distance to Michigan Avenue. There was a grocery store & many restaurants super close. The staff at the condo was very friendly & helpful and made us feel very welcome. Chicago Premier Suites was great to work with. Thanks Tim & Brannon for answering all my questions and making this such a pleasant stay. I will definitely stay in one of Chicago Premier Suites properties the next time we are in Chicago.

Best Choice In Chicago

I have stayed at virtually every luxury hotel in Chicago over the last fifteen years. This suite represents much better value than any of them, but regardless I'd rather stay here. More room. Better facilities. A location as good as any hotel. Just a more savvy choice for people who've done the hotel thing and don't need a turn down service or a chocolate on their pillow. If accommodations are available through Chicago Premier Suites whenever I'm back in Chicago, I'll never stay in another hotel there again. The friends and family to whom I've introduced this option all feel the same way.
