Welcome to a wonderful Ketchum vacation spot. A nice property that seeks people who want a home that is well cared for. No stairs, great storage, walking distance to great skiing, cross country or downhill.

Winter: Walk to River Run Lodge and lifts only two blocks away. Or, catch the bus shuttle right outside your door. XCountry or Skate Skiing trails only a block away. Or take the shuttle to other areas within a couple miles.

Summer: Walk 3 blocks to the heart of downtown Ketchum (5 star restaurants, shopping and art galleries), 2 blocks to the bike trail (48 miles long) and excellent hiking trails.

This lovely condo features all new furnishings and high end appointments. Visitors have been pleased with the elegance and warm surroundings of this condo. 1,400 square feet provides ample room for all.

Enjoy breathtaking views of Mt Baldy from the livingroom and master bedroom. The master suite is oversized and has a super comfy king sized bed, with Jacuzzi bath ensuite.

It is nice and quiet. Your guests may get up before you, but you will not hear them while you sleep in a bit. The two guest bedrooms are at the other end of the unit, which provides privacy for all.

Built in 2000, this unit is on one level, has 9 ft. ceilings, radiant heat floors in the winter and A/C in the summer. It is appointed with granite counter tops, slate in entry and utility room, berber carpet and hardwood.

The kitchen is stocked with Villeroy & Boch dishware and high quality stainless pots and pans. You have everything to get your morning started, or to entertain friends at night.

Oversized leather/aluminum bar stools make visiting at the kitchen bar a luxurious treat. Or, sit down at the gorgeous dining table.

42' flat screen is located directly above the cozy gas fireplace in the living room and is visible from the dining area as well.

You won't be disappointed in this property!!

About The Owner

Sun Valley area is great summer and winter. I purchased this condo because of my love of the outdoors, Ketchum and surrounding areas which offer so many wonderful amenities.

I had a long and rewarding career and found that this is a magical place to visit. With all the many days of sunshine, you can fully enjoy all the activities this area has to offer.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2005
Why The Owner chose Ketchum

Location, location. Close to everything. You can walk everywhere, ride your bike, or catch the bus. The Sun Valley area is packed with so many things to do, both outdoors and in. The symphony, the arts, wonderful restaurants, and the many events, it is a treat to be here. A day is packed with fun exercise - biking, hiking, tennis, skiing, fishing, skate skiing, sledding...you never lack for things to do, both summer and winter. And, the best part is, it's most always sunny! Westridge Condominums is right in the middle of it all.

What makes this condo unique

This is one of the best constructed and maintained condominiums in Ketchum. It is so close to the lifts, you can practically ski over. Walking downtown is a breeze and the bike trail is a stones throw away. Waking up to the view of Mt Baldy is magical.

We spent two weeks here in the middle of the summer and it was the perfect place for a family with two teenagers. Beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped condo in a prime location. We can't wait to try it out in the winter months.

Condo is better than advertised. It was large, with comfortable beds and amenities, immaculate and very well appointed. The location is within walking distance of River Run Lodge, the bike trail and a short walk to town. Would definitely recommend to friends and would be delighted to return. You will be delighted.

This condo is clean and well appointed. It has underground parking, elevator and a lovely view. The floor plan is nice with the master suite and other two bedrooms at opposite ends of the condo - nice and quiet! There is plenty of room in living and dining areas for families and couples, with a large deck as well. Best of all - a short walk to the base of River Run.

Great for our family of four

This condo was just right for us. We were happy to be able to store our rented bikes in the storage locker and park our car in the space reserved. Biking to local restaurants and the bike path was convenient as was access to River Run Lift area.
The kitchen was well stocked/ maintained and the condo was nice and clean! It is evident that the owner takes pride in renting this nice condo.

Your condo is so comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The decor is very warm and inviting. And, very close to everything. We hardly used our car. What a wonderful place Sun Valley is. Your condo made it even more memorable. Thank you!
