This property is exactly as described. we are a couple with small child and it was perfect for us...clean, quiet, well located. we went to the restaurant downstairs but found we liked staying at the property so much we preferred to make our own dinner on one of the BBQs downstairs (briquettes provided) and eat on the patio overlooking the ocean. we didn't have a car but just biked everywhere...the bike trails make it easy. we were there during spring break and I was concerned it would be crowded. I was pleasantly surprised. We found Jeff to be flexible and accommodating. Would return in a flash.

This condo is amazing!. My husband and I retreat to Amelia Island every year and this condo really felt like home from the moment we walked through the door. Very well decorated and true to the photos that you see online. Very clean and spacious. I loved the soft king size bed.
We had breakfast and lunch every day on the patio and still enjoyed the sights and sounds of the ocean.
If you want to stay in this condo make sure to book well in advance as it the perfect getaway. I booked it 3 1/2 months prior to our arrival. Jeff answered all my questions in a timly manner. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a great place at a great price. We will certainly try to stay there each year we visit the island. Our only regret is that we had to leave.

This condo is beautiful. Jeff supplies everything you need and then some. I really can't say enough about the condo: spotless, convenient, fabulous location and Amelia Island in general. I'm not sure when we'll go back to Amelia, but when we do, Jeff will be my first call to rent this place again.

Good location with easy access to the beach. Furnishings are new and very nice. The bed is comfortable but a little on the soft side. Overall a very positive stay.

Five nights was NOT ENOUGH!! Condo was clean, beautifully decorated, great ocean views, had everything you would need and more. Everything I looked for in the condo it had and extra special touches too.

Nothing like waking up in the bed every morning a great scene out two windows. (Vacant lot beside sure helped to see the beach!) Jeff was great to work with in booking the condo and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Property managers can easily be reached if questions.

The condo is located perfectly, best of all worlds. Right on beach, restaurant Sandy Bottoms few steps around the corner, great music, eat, sun, kids can play close by in sight. There is a public parking area next door, on the corner, which caused no problems. Right at Fort Clinch, wonderful time on half-mile fishing pier, picking up shells, great history; 3 minutes into town Fernandina lovely town, could have spent more time there shopping but did go into town 2-3 times, great shopping. Fabulous restaurants in town, especially enjoyed Italian bistro and Timoti's, Arti's Pizza.

We drove down for a wedding so we were quite busy, but still got to do/see a lot. Didn't have time to ride the bikes available with the condo. November is a great time to visit. 78/79s perfect weather. Want to return and stay here again.

Perhaps the only negative was that the connected pool (shared by the hotel/condos) was not heated, which would not be a problem in warmer weather. Although daughter played in ocean one day, bit too cold for me.

Great place to stay, you won't be disappointed!

This was one of my favorite beach vacations. This unit had been newly renovated and we were the lucky ones to be the first to use this unit. It was amazing. I even called the owner to ask where they purchased their beautiful furniture. I had incredible accomodations (all the amenities from home), amazing view and perfect weather. I would recommend this unit to anyone that you like to have a wonderful romantic weekend away from home.

My daughters and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Terraces at Beachside. The condo was inviting, clean, well-supplied and comfortable. We enjoyed our short walk to the beach using the condo' s boardwalk. We liked having a restaurant next door that we could walk to and have a meal beach-side. Downtown Fernandina was a fun place to relax and shop. The owner of the condo was helpful in setting up my stay and answering questions upon my arrival. I would happily recommend this property to others.

Our week-long stay at Sea View for our honeymoon was absolutely perfect. We have zero complaints. The condo is an excellent place for couples. It was spacious, and it was great to have the large, well-equipped kitchen at our disposal. Everything was clean, and we loved the location -- right on the beach and an easy drive or bike ride to downtown Fernandina (lots of wonderful shops and restaurants) and around the corner from Ft. Clinch State Park.

We would definitely come back to Sea View for a romantic trip! Amelia Island is a wonderful place to vacation!
