The beach was fantastic and such a wonderful view from the deck. We loved reading about the local restaurants that you had wrote little notes about, so we adventured out to try some and we ate at some great ones, thanks!

I cannot tell you how many times me, my 10 year old son and his best buddy said we wanted to stay forever...move right in and never leave again. I was a little nervous when I noticed it was almost sitting on rail road tracks, but I quickly realized we had nothing to worry about as the railroad isn't used, except in the summer for little tours. Whew! Everything was more than perfect. The decor was like stepping into my own home. Nothing is overlooked. The master bed is so comfortable I squealed every time I jumped in. The master shower is to die for. The weather couldn't have been more perfect. Beautiful & sunny, but very cold. Our Scottie dog, Moe was in heaven too.

The boys played your Call of Duty on the PS3, and loved it (thank you for having that!!)...we watched movies (oh we left the movie Hunger Games in the PS3!, so everyone enjoy that....redbox is going to love me!), and relaxed, relaxed, relaxed!! The beach is beautiful and right out the back door.

The house is so comfortable, so welcoming and we will be coming back over and over again. I was trying to figure out how to pull it off this next weekend, but I must mind my budget I suppose.

You have made a wonderful place for all of us, so thank you. Cara, you were fun and great to work with, and I appreciate your working with me on my very last minute decision for this vacation!!

Beautiful home. We stayed at Diamond Beach with our kids and their spouses in October. Everything was great! This house will definitely meet all your expectations. A nice, quiet area with a beautiful beach. The owners have anticipated your every need. We loved watching the sunsets every evening from the deck and the beach. We would love to stay here again and again.

We enjoyed our time at the beach in Rockaway. The townhome was big enough for everyone to have their space but still be together. Cara was super to deal with. It was all it was advertised to be. A fun place to stay at the Coast............

We could not have picked a better house to rent at Rockaway Beach. The sofa and bed were SO comfortable...we slept great and relaxed, relaxed, relaxed. The close proximity to the beach was one of the main reasons we picked this house, and it didn't disappoint. We had the doors open all day and were soothed by the sound of the surf. We appreciated all the little touches, especially the zero gravity lounge chairs. Our vacation went by way too fast! We're already looking forward to coming back here next summer. Thanks so much!

My family (5 of us and a 2 yr. old) stayed here for a birthday getaway. The listing was accurate and if possible, it was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. It was plenty spacious for all of us and we weren't tripping over each other. It was very clean and well-maintained. You can see the care that was put into decorating and making it a great home away from home. It was an easy walk to the beach. We all had an amazing time and we all want to immediately return. Cara was a terrific person to work with and make the experience easy and fun. I would higly recommend to others. Loved the freshly baked scones at the Dragonfly Sisters coffee shop. It was an easy walk and they were to die for.

This townhouse is beautifully decorated and so nicely equipped. First class all the way. They have thought of everything you might need for luxurious comfort, including baby and dog items Nice walk to downtown for ice cream and shopping. The ocean view is awesome, so nice to relax on the deck or stoll out to the beach and enjoy the sunsets. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone.

This condo worked great for my extended family. The location was perfect, a short walk to town and just a very small hike to the ocean beach. We loved the views from the condo, in fact, the sliding door to the upper level deck remained open most of our stay allowing the great breeze and sounds of the beach to come in. The amenities were plentiful, and the condo as a whole was very well outfitted for any length of stay. Beautiful decor and plenty of room for our group. We were very pleased with our choice of rental, as it is obvious the owners take pride in these accommodations and do their best to think of the comfort of their guests. The ping-pong table was a big hit, as were the beach bicycles. I could go on, but the VRBO desription is very accurate and we highly recommend this condo for anyone considering a beachfront rental.
