Sleeps 4 in king & queen beds; one long couch in living room for additional guest.
FREE playground, volleyball court, pier and beach directly across the street and basketball court less than 1/2 mile.

Indoor pool and outside hot tub less than 1/2 mile from condo (available year round) and outside pool directly across the street (summer only) for $7 per person per day to association (children 5 and under are free with paid adult); 7 day pass for $30 per person available.

We just stayed two nights early April, and the Condo was perfect. Everything is exactly as described, the view to the lake and mountains is great, and the owner is very friendly and responsive. The price included the cleaning fee, which makes this condo a better deal than some other offers that appear to have a lower price at first glance - especially for short-term stays.
We'd definitely stay here again.

As a former Lake Tahoe resident I am very discriminating. This place ft the bill perfectly and was everything that was advertised and more. This waterfront condo is nestled in the heart of the desirable Tahoe Keys area with panoramic views, great parking, clean & cheerful...What else could you ask for. I hope it is available for my next visit!!!!

I love this place

My family has stayed in this condo several times over the last 4-5 years. We absolutely love everything about it. The location is outstanding as it provides activities for all ages at any time of the year. The lawn out back is a great spot for the kids to run around and play while using the bbq. My favorite feature is the sandy beach just across the street in the summer time. Also, if you have a boat, the dock is just out your back door. The owners continue to upgrade the unit as it seems like it only gets better each time we go. They take great care of it as well and it is kept very clean. It is only a 2 better, but my family of 5 was more than comfortable. If you are looking for a great Tahoe get away look no further.

Clean, quiet, beautiful view.

This vacation home is roomy and cozy and modern yet has a cottage-like feel. Throughout our stay I kept saying to my spouse, "I love this place." It's obvious the owners pay attention to detail. They did not scrimp on the upgraded fixtures in kitchen and bathrooms with both granite and beautiful tile. There is nothing "run-down" about this home. There's tv's in each room with movies to watch. The beds are huge, clean and very comfortable. There's comfy couches and a flat screen tv in the living room with a faux fireplace that gives off great heat for the winters. The kitchen has plenty of what you need with great appliances. Besides the beautiful view and being right on the water, the yard has tons of space and kept the kids entertained for a long time. You get more than what you pay for. I was thoroughly impressed. We will be back for sure.

Great for a family trip!

I had an amazing time at South Lake Tahoe thanks to this great rental. Has plenty of room and amenities and the views from the patio are gorgeous. Having breakfast watching the lake and the mountains in absolute silence was a bliss.
One thing to note: I just realized the owner seems to have started charging a 125$/stay cleaning fee which wasn't the case when I rented. I think it's a steep amount especially for a short term visit.

Owner's Response: Thanks to this renter's perspective on our recently added cleaning fee, we have decided to return to a NO CLEANING FEE policy. The rates listed for our condo once again include all taxes and cleaning fees. We were trying to help offset higher bills, but have decided to make rates simple once again. What you see is what you get. We hope everyone can enjoy our condo as we do!

Great Place To Rest and Relax...

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The condo is beautiful and clean and has all of the creature comforts you need. The view is amazing and we launched our kayaks off of the private pier and saw fish, ducks with their little ducklings and even a beaver one of the mornings! if you take a short walk across the street, there is a nice sandy beach and outdoor pool with a playgym for the kids. We played there all day long!
It's also a short distance to Heavenly ski resort,shops and restaurants. The location is great! Can't wait to go back!!

My family found this condo to be clean, well taken care of and comfortable for a weekend away. Location is just great. Right across the street from beach, playground, etc... Deck and lown area were perfectly situated for relaxing and watching the sunrise as well as shady and comfortable in the evening. We plan to go back!!

We had the best of times in this South Lake Tahoe condo. Right in the harbor with a gorgeous view of the snow capped mountains. So lovely!
The owners provided everything you could imagine you would need. We intend to be back, fall and spring....perfect time of the year.

We have stayed here in April, catching last weekend of skiing. The weather was beautiful and the view was huge. We enjoyed the stay very much.
Barbecue worked out pretty well for us. The condo has all you need.
The owner is nice and is willing to accommodate reasonable requests.

Perfect for family of 3

The owner was very helpful in answering all of my questions. The listing descriptions and photos are also exactly what we saw. We even barbequed in the snow! We will take advantage of the patio/deck area in the summer too, since we will be returning again. There is also a playground and pool across the street. This condo is perfect for a family of 3.
