Great Cottage!
Once again we had a wonderful stay with the Auguts! This is our 2nd year staying in one of their cottages. They get a gold star! They really know how to make your stay at the Cape perfect. Everything in the cottage is just how it should be. It feels homey with out being cluttered like many Cape rentals. It's perfectly clean with everything you need & nothing you do not. This new cottage is a bit more spacious than the other & the backyard access is really nice & private. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I would add, would be more hooks in bathroom & bedroom for hanging all those wet towels & bathing suits :) Thanks for making our Cape trip perfect.

July 2012 - Great Week in a great vacation home
The rental experience with Jim was outstanding. Great communication with him where he made himself available online and offline to answer any question and assist me before, during , and after the rental.
The property was in excellent condition, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised online.

Great vacation
The listing for this rental was accurate and the location is great-2 mins drive from the main road across the island. Close to beaches. The amenities were as advertised and the rental was clean, bright and well maintained. The owners are very helpful and provide good customer service. The rental has all the amenities needed for self catering. The garden is quiet and pleasant to sit in during the evening Di Parma is a great restaurant.

Honeymoon Getaway
My husband and I had the pleasure of spending our honeymoon as the first guests in this freshly renovated cottage. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and spacious -- strange, I know, but it feels much larger than the square footage would indicate. Due to its central location, the rental is ideal for exploring Cape Cod. It's within walking distance of a beach and close to the ferries for Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
In addition to the lovely quarters, Jim and Regina were so gracious and accommodating --they even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for celebrating our marriage. As hosts, they struck the right balance between checking in on us and providing privacy.
Whenever we return to the Cape, I'm positive we'll be staying here. I'm just sorry we didn't get to leave the first review -- I started a new job upon returning home, and things have been crazy!

Amazing vacation
We rented the cottage the first week of August not knowing what it would look like after the renovation. We were not disappointed. Even though the cottage is only 500 Sq feet, it feels so much bigger. We did not feel cramped at all: there were four of us, 2 adults and 2 children, 2 & 8yrs.
Everything you need is in the cottage. We went to the market and cooked most of our meals. There is even a charcoal grill for use.
The cottage is centrally located to everything: the market, mini-golf, restaurants, laundry. The beaches are a 10 minute walk. S. Yarmouth is also centrally located on the cape so you can pretty much get to any point of the cape without being in the car too long. There is so much to do in this area that you will not feel like you are missing anything even if you stay close to the cottage.
The cottage itself was very clean and we utilized the linen service. The owners provided tons of maps and pamphlets on the cape. The transaction with the owners before the rental was very clear and easy. They welcomed us on the first day and were accessible for any need throughout our vacation.
We loved staying here so much, we are considering renting the cottage again next summer. Do not hesitate to rent, you will not regret it!
