This condo was not clean when we arrived. There was sand in the beds, dirty dishes in the cabinets, dirty towels, dirty showers, and stains on the carpets. The fitness room was not included in the expenses. The owner was not friendly or respectful and I would not recommend this condo.

To the VRBO review team,
This letter is regarding review # 6175469, spring break. The guest entered the condo by helping themselves with the entry code at noon which is four hours before check-in time. When the house keeper arrived, she witnessed that there was 10-12 guest under 21 who had also set up their own air mattresses. According to the contract you must be 25 years of age to stay at the condo or accompanied by someone 25 or older and there was no one of age and the limit to the condo is 8 people they violated that by having over 10 guests. These guests complained that the room was not clean, that the fitness center was not included, and that the carpet had stains. The room was not clean because the guest arrived four hours too soon by helping themselves in with the entry code. The fitness center has never been included, guests must pay to use the center or have a membership. We do not even have one inch of carpet in our condo that she complained of being dirty; the entire condo is tile floors. However, when guests left there was used cigarettes in the balcony, alcohol beverages were everywhere, and they trashed the entire condo. According to the contract, guests must clean after themselves by putting dishes in the dishwasher and taking the trash out. Also, they broke the under shower panel in the master bath and pictures are available at request. Thank you for your time. I hope this information provides assistance upon this review.

Extreemley pleased with this prime location and welcoming accomodations

To start, you couldn't be more perfectly located on the strip within walking distance from everything you need while visiting the beach. There were 6 quest in my group, 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Everyone was pleased with their stay and what the condo had to offer. The facility is very well maintained and security is extreemly strict. Unless you have a badge indicating you are staying in the faciltiy, there is little chance you are going to make it into the building. Our visit was during the peak of High School Spring Break. Although there was much of the expected excitment from the scores of teenagers staying in the building and in the surrounding area, the security did an exceptional job of keeping the premises in order. The condo was well maintained and the furniture was cofortable with reliable appliances to compliment the stay.
There were only a few minor drawbacks to the stay. Waiting for the elevators during a peak week with high traffic was difficult. In addition, luggage carts are required to move your luggage and items from the garage to the condo, they were very hard to locate and not readily available. Moreover, there is a significant walk form the parking garage to the condo. Aside from these minor setbacks, the condo was excellent and very much would welcome a future stay by my family. We have stayed at 5 other locations along the PCB strip in the past 6 years and these facilities were at the top of the list. I highly reccomend a stay.

We stayed here over Easter break (4 adults, 3 children) and had a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of activities nearby for the kids (mini golf, Ripley's museum, Wonderworks, shops, jet skis, parasailing). Wal-Mart was close for food shopping. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We enjoyed the balcony view and even saw dolphins a few mornings. We appreciated that there were plenty of chairs on the balcony, but I would recommend bringing your own chairs or blanket for the beach. We could have used a few more bath towels, but there is a washer and dryer which we used. The outdoor pools were not heated and were too cold for swimming even though we had nice 80 degree weather. We used the outdoor hot tubs and the ocean was comfortable for cooling off. The owner was great to work with and responded to emails quickly. Overall, a great place to stay.

Very Nice Condo for a quick getaway

We stayed here for a last minute getaway. The condo was nice, clean and well equipped. There were 6 of us and the three bedroom set-up with the pull out couch was very suitable for what was 5 full grown folks and a child. The beach is clean and uncrowded, but the towers are well located within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping areas. We will probably stay here again.

Absolutely Wonderful Condo!

My husband and I and our two kids stayed at the 3 bedroom and 2 baths Majestic Resort, and it was absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t believe how beautiful the view from the room was! The room was just perfect-lots of space and beautifully decorated! It was definitely one of the best rooms we had ever stayed in. The Jacuzzi bath was just heaven. We just wanted to say thank you for such a welcoming, clean place to enjoy. We definitely recommend staying here.

Great Condo to Stay at!

I have been vacationing in Panama City for several years. This Majestic condo. was by far the best of any condo. I have stayed at in Panama City. I have paid much more for places that really don't stack up to this place. The views were out of this world. Our family had a great time hanging out in the condo., on the wide beach, at the pool (which was never crowded), and in the hottub. The wraparound deck must be seen to be believed. Really, truly magnificent views! Thanks for a great vacation and memories we had there!

Great PCB Vacation Spot!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here and had such an amazing time! The furnishing throughout the condo are very modern and new. Since there was a fully furnished kitchen we were able to go to the grocery store across the street and eat dinner on the patio for a couple nights during our stay. It was so romantic. The views were perfect. The place was completely booked and we never heard a peep from any of the near by units. You should try the deep sea fishing trip while in PCB as well!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I stayed in this luxurious condo two weeks ago and had a wonderful time. My wife loved the view from the balcony where we had breakfast in the morning. The accommodations inside surprised both of us as they were much nicer than what we were expecting: the king-sized bed and big plasma TV were perfect for the last couple of nights we were there to relax and enjoy the fresh breeze coming in from the ocean. The best part was that the place offered direct access to the prime location of the beach. We walked up and down the beach, and we were lucky to have picked this place the way we did because other parts of the beach were too busy or not as nice. There's also an indoor pool and a restaurant downstairs where we relaxed and dined out without having to go anywhere. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to spend a romantic time with their loved ones - I promised my wife we will come back next year because this was one of the best vacations we ever had.
