Location, location, location.
My family of 5 stayed at this small Paris apartment in June. It is very small, which is the rule in Paris, but quite comfortable. The furnishings are nice, including a washer and a dryer, which was very helpful after the airlines lost my bags for a few days. It is up 3 flights of a spiral staircase which some might not do well with, but no one in our group had any problems with. Very nice beds, sofa, TV. Small kitchen, which we only used for coffee (it's Paris, go out and eat!). Location is unbeatable. You are less than 150 yards to the Hotel de Ville subway entrance, and a pleasant 5 minute walk to Le Chatelet stop and access to RER trains. 2 blocks to the Pompidou museum, Hotel de Ville, 4 blocks (and a bridge )to Notre Dame. Le Marais bars/ restaurants are right there, turn left or right, and you have an incredible selection literally right out your door. This can make it a little noisy, esp. during Fête de la Musique, when literally hundreds of thousands were walking by, but for the most part, since your up on the fourth floor, it's not loud enough to disturb your sleep. Because of its location close to identifiable landmarks and the river, it's very easy to find when you go out, and this allowed us to let our teens go explore Paris on their own without fear of their getting lost, which they loved. All in all, we had a lovely time here. My only complaint was the checkout process- we had to "check out" on Saturday, instead of the Sunday we were actually leaving, or face a 50 Euro fine, which meant giving up some time on our last day to wait for the management company girl to come and count the dishes and glasses and make sure we didn't trash the place (she was very nice by the way). We would definitely have no qualms about staying here again.

Owner's Response: Dear Mark,
Thank you for your nice message.
This apartment is 65 Sq. met. (Sq. Ft.: 700.00 ) A normal size for a two bedrooms in Paris.
According to the convention the welcoming societies ask for fees to work on Sunday and bank holiday and some societies for working on Saturday and Sunday.
Also for not have to pay these costs on, we propose to our clients to do the check out the day before the departure on Saturday and to leave on Sunday after putting the keys in the apartment.
