Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Have coffee on your private balcony as you watch the sun rise over the ocean in the morning and watch the kids play in the pool in the afternoon. Eat dinner there in the evenings and enjoy the moon lighting up the ocean water.

This beautiful condo has a newly remodeled bathroom, new dishwasher, refrigerator and carpet. King size bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room. Private full bath in the master bedroom with an ADA toilet. Sofa sleeper pulls out to a queen size bed. Large mirror over the couch so you can see the reflection of the ocean from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. The dining room table can be expanded to seat six plus we have 2 chairs at the bar. Relax in a lazy-boy recliner as you look out at the beautiful ocean.

Wi-Fi access and cable TV in the master bedroom and living room, as well as DVD and CD players. Furnished with DVD's and VCR tapes, board games, beach chairs and beach toys.

Large seasonally heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, sun deck that has plenty of lounge chairs overlooking the ocean, shuffleboard courts, BBQ grills, and 2 laundry rooms on each floor. Pool side club house with kitchen is great for gatherings.

You can also get books, puzzles, games and beach umbrella's there.

Normally rents from Saturday to Saturday. We can make exceptions.

Grocery store, restaurants, salon and shops are right across the street.

New Smyrna has unique restaurants along Flagler Avenue and Canal Street that suits all budgets, art galleries, quaint cafe's and shops. So many that you will have to return to see them all. Known for its charming small town character and family atmosphere.

Seacoast is located on a non-driving beach considered one of Florida's safest and most beautiful beaches with its soft, white sand. You can find swimming, sunbathing, sailing, surfing, biking, boogie boarding, boating, fishing and take long walks on our pristine 13 mile beach. There are also many great golf courses in the area.

Enjoy Canaveral Seashore with historic Dora House, Manatee park, Port Canaveral and Ponce Inlet Lighthouse.

A short drive to St. Augustine, Kennedy Space Center/NASA, Coco Beach, Disney, Sea World and Universal. Orlando airport is a 60 minute drive and Daytona airport and NASCAR is 20 minutes.

You will fall in love with this beautiful beach. One stay and you will want come back year after year.

About The Owner

We have been married for 24 years, have 2 kids in college and have been going to New Smyrna Beach for 24 years. It is like home to our family. The kids have grown up on the beach here. They love to surf and all the other activities you can do on the beach.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1998
Why The Owner chose New Smyrna Beach

New Smyrna is the perfect family beach and Sea Coast is the perfect size complex. We have a nice kiddy pool and a large swimming pool. A beautiful sun deck to lounge at as you watch the ocean roll in. There are no drop offs or sharp coral in the water. It is close to Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, and Daytona Beach. It is the cutest little beach town.

Great place to relax with family or friends while enjoying a book or building sand castles with our grandchildren on the beautiful beach. Our family has made several trips to this condo and would recommend it to everyone who enjoys being right on the ocean and seeing beautiful sunrises. The condo is updated and has all the comforts of home.

Condo is directly on ocean with master bedroom and balcony ocean views and conviently located across the street from the Food Lion. Condo is comfortable, clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary cookware, utensils, blenders, steamers, etc. We will definitely return.

As always a wonderful place to stay and relax!! We have been staying here every year for several years and would not stay anywhere else. Excellent condo with everything you need. Our three young children can play on the beach and at the pool without ever worrying about overcrowding, they can't wait to come back every year to "the condo". Thanks so much for always making our vacation GREAT!!
