This property was better than we ever expected. It is an absolute steal! The owner and his family were always available to answer any questions and work with us in any way to better our stay. They even found time to respond back to me while traveling. The house itself was in pristine condition. It is located on a private drive backing up to the marsh. We loved watching the sunset from the large balcony out back. The view is phenomenal. The place is very spacious and the bedrooms had ample room. The house is in a perfect location. We went to the beach almost every day. One of which is in walking distance. The house even had beach chairs and boogey boards for us to use. I recommend checking out more than one beach because each one provides a different experience and they are all just a short drive away. The binder provided in the house was very helpful. Since we have never been to the area it pointed us in the direction of all the hot spots. There were enough ideas in there to keep us busy for a month and each one exceeded our expectations. Don't forget to go downtown Portsmouth. It is stunning! Our wives went shopping and we got to check out the local breweries. One could argue who got the better end of that deal. We always book a hotel on our vacations, but I can say with confidence that because of our first experience here we never will again. I cannot thank the owners enough and I look forward to coming back again.

The house exceeded our expectations as far as overall quality. Being a newly constructed rental property, there were not many pictures available when we signed the rental agreement, but we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The house itself is sizable with ample space to accommodate eight adults. It is tastefully decorated, yet homey and comfortable. The property was meticulously maintained, and spotlessly cleaned. The house is situated on a private road, and abuts a marsh which provided the perfect backdrop for privacy, serenity, and gorgeous sunsets in the evening. The listing was accurate in its description as well as location, layout, and amenities. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and provided exceptional customer service.
While there we; walked/jogged/biked the seacoast trail, beached it almost every day, played corn hole, tennis, and golf, as well as several board games, read a couple novels, completed a 1000 piece puzzle, visited the arcade, treated ourselves to ice cream and funnel cakes, steamed fresh lobsters, visited the Red Hook brewery in Portsmouth, played miniature golf, woke early to watch the sunrise over the ocean, and (most importantly) spent quality time with our children, grandchildren, and friends. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative
