The accomodations exceeded expectations. Everything from the initial arrangements and throughout our stay was topnotch, customer service was excellent, including the above and beyond efforts of Julie the property manager to ensure our stay was great (providing a professional, friendly, wealth of local knowledge and assistance). Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Casa Cathy is perfect for couples/groups the two master bedrooms on the first and second floor are huge and all bedrooms have large closets and their own bathrooms. Lots of room in the dining, living and kitchen and the house is well equipped with everything you could need or want. The ocean view is wonderful, and for beach walkers the beach outfront stretches for miles. We enjoyed barbecuing, hanging out in the heated pool, relaxing on the patio in the evening, and whale watching right out front!!! We saw several gray whales. ( Hard to leave the villa!) We didn't utilize all of the services available to us ( onsite massages or chef services). The house is very private yet close to Todos (2kms), so it is very conveniently located, however a vehicle is recommended. Lots to do in and around Todos Santos, many great restaurants and galleries. Todos Santos is ideally situated between La Paz and Cabos which provides many options; although you don't need to leave your own paradise as everything you need is close by; markets (PINOS), great little nearby restaurant Las Esquina's (market on Wednesday mornings), and numerous good restaurants in town, including; Hotel California,Todos Santos Cafe (for breakfast), rooftop Restaurante Guaycura (across from Todos Santos Inn -with a beautiful courtyard) -for lunch or a drink provides a wonderful view and is delightful, Shut Up Frank's, Carlito's in Pescadero (fabulous food), ... Flora Farms in San Jose del Cabos is a wonderful lunch or dinner spot as well (organic farm, great ambiance, an oasis). Too many good restaurants and sites to list.....but information is available at Casa Cathy and through Julie. We ( my husband and I, sister and brother-in-law and sister who visited) had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning. I highly recommend this rental property for a worry free, relaxing vacation in paradise. It provides the option of just relaxing and enjoying the exquisite accomodations and surrounding views, or there is plenty of sites and activities, restaurants and art galleries galore (over 15 in Todos alone).

Right on the beach, see and hear the whales from the front rooms. Secluded and very private. Short drive to little merdados and great restaurants (La Casita was the best). Immaculately clean, all new everything... really comfortable, really peaceful. Hated to leave - can't wait to get back!

Great spot for new years with 4 couples -- had a blast!! Dishwasher doesn't work so well, but other than that all good. Owner and support team is solid. No major issues.

This place is a dream. It's right on the beach. Feels like you're own private beach. The strong currents make the ocean very challenging to swim in, but still this place a great. A car is a must. Choosing Casa Cathy is a very wise choice. Thanks for such a great stay!

This house was perfect for 3 families with 2 kids. It had a full kitchen, and we were able to cook all our meals there. The big patio was great for lounging in the day, and enjoying dinner, drinks and the stars at night. The large bedrooms gave each family plenty of privacy or quiet time for the kids naps. And the pool off the side of the house was great for a quick cool down. The guys went fishing in the ocean in the morning, and we enjoyed a fresh fish dinner that night. We had such a nice relaxing time, we can't wait to go back!

The villa was beautiful and right on the beach. We went with another couple and the guys enjoyed fishing while us girls hang out by the pool and got massages, we also did a little shopping in town. Then at night my husband and I enjoyed the sunset walks on the beach and had a romantic dinner out on the patio. We just loved the chef services; the food was very good. I loved the beach the most, it was so peaceful and quiet didn’t see anyone, you can just enjoyed being there without any worries and listening to the waves all night and looking at the stars.

Our family spent a week at this property. It was amazing. The view, comfort and location was excellent. The charm of the near by towns let us experience the old flavor of Mexico! I would recommend this property to everyone.

I have to tell you that we had the best time ever and I think everyone should experience this beautiful town and the beaches are georgous. We had a our entire family with the kids and grandkids
the master suites were so huge I the master bath was likea hotel with large jacuzzi tubs it was more than I expected. The house was huge we had a chef cook the entire time some none of the ladies had to work on this holiday it was the best vacation ever i do reccommend the chef Mayra here she was so good.The grandchildren played in the pool all day then jetted in the jacuzi before bedtime, the only thing you'll hear is the waves.The sunsets are like no other sunsets I have ever seen with millions of stars at night no lights it was amazing.We saw the tail end of whale season so there was a few grey whales left they came right up in the shore break it was an unforgettable site.They have turtle hatching season starting now I wish we could stay longer they will be hatching here in front and making their way to the ocean for the first time.We had a blast and will come back next yr Thank you Cathy
