We could not have had a more comfortable to stay. The apartment was immaculate, everything was available, and the owner most accommodating. Our visit could not have been better. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to our friends and we will book again. Mary and Bob Campbell

is nicely decorated and impecable. In regard to the location, it is highly desirable, within a short walking distance we found a street with

restaurants, drugstore, grocery store, and much more. We would gladly recommend this property to any relative or friend. We would

This condo was perfect! It had every amenity you could think of (I was even impressed that a drying rack was provided for my laundry). The location is quiet, near public transportation, a bike path perfect for running/walking, Starbucks, and a Trader Joe’s. Victor was most helpful answering all of my questions and making sure that I had everything I needed for my stay. I would (and have) recommend this place to my colleagues who travel often for research.

If I'm honest, I had been looking for something closer to downtown and only widened the search because nothing decent was forthcoming. What a piece of good fortune!

The property is every bit as clean and tidy as it looks in the listing. It is also nicely equipped and tastefully finished, feeling like a home where some rental properties just feel like business premises. The helpful documentation available in the property included bus timetables, brochures for many attractions and menus for local restaurants. The Arlington Heights area is predominantly residential and quiet, and always felt safe to walk around both during the day and in the evening. Getting into Boston using a combination of bus and Red line proved to be no problem, and with a 7 day MBTA pass at $15, getting around is easy and cheap.

I can't speak too highly of the owners; communication was promptly answered, the booking process was simple, and a nice touch was that the price on the website was the total price, Victor could not have been more helpful; meeting us as we got off the bus, guiding us to the property and showing us around. After a transatlantic flight, arriving to a well-stocked refrigerator was particularly welcome. It was also nice that the security deposit had been refunded before we even got home.

I hope we will visit Boston again sometime, and if we do, and if the property is available, there is no question of where we want to stay!

This was my first rental through HomeAway.com and I am extremely pleased. The property is exactly as pictured though doesn't do it justice, and has every imaginable convenience. The owner was especially hospitable, helpful, professional and responded quickly to all communication. This immaculate home away from home will be my first choice for all future trips to Boston. I would recommend it to my dearest family and friends. I have stayed in more expensive hotels that were not as clean or well stocked. The walking/biking path was an added bonus. We used it everyday we were there and felt totally safe during the day and at night. Easy walk to the bus stop which takes you to the 'T' and anywhere you would want to go. The only way our trip could have been better is if it had lasted longer, there is so much to see and do.
