Multilevel loft-style condo in the heart of Jamaica Plain district of Boston. Nearby is a first class bakery, cafe, gym, parks, restaurants and playgrounds. One block away is the orange line mass transit underground which will take you to all points of interest in Boston. First level has flow through kitchen, dining room and living room, washer and dryer closet, and 1/2 bath. Second level has 2 bedrooms (one with TV) and full bath. On the third level you will find a small office space. On the basement level, there is a den with queen sized bed, a flat screen TV, a fold down single bed/couch and mattress to sleep one other person. There is central air and plenty of sunshine with large windows on 3 sides of the apartment. There is one off-street parking spot.

We are an artist/professor and contractor/builder couple with a 16 year old soccer fanatic son. We also have a Zoey our pet Weimaraner.
We love Jamaica Plain for its wonderful parks, the cultural diversity, and its accessibility to the rest of the city. We rent our home when we are away on vacation, on weekends.
Within walking distance is The Arnold Arboretum which has trees from all over the world and Franklin Park which houses Boston's child friendly zoo.
