A PLACE IN THE SUN - UNIT #3: This is the place you walk into and instantly feel like you're walking into a friend's home. Warm and cozy and definitely where you belong. This condo on the beach has two bedrooms, one bath, and 900 square feet! Lots of room to find several cozy spots to relax in.
Do you love to cook? The kitchen is complete, and you won’t find fresher seafood or better cuts of meat anywhere than in the shops on the island. (And if you don’t like or want to cook, there are plenty of great restaurants to pick from.)
After the sun goes down, take some time and catch up on your favorite TV show or DVD. And remember good old-fashioned board games? We’ve left some of those for you too.

A Place In the Sun, on beautiful and serene St. George Island, sits directly across the slow road from the beach. You can sit on the balcony and watch the waves break. Its semi-private pool and charcoal grill assure a pleasant time even away from the beach. Your pets will love it too. Please note, there is parking for a maximum of two vehicles.

With miles of beautiful unspoiled beaches, salt marshes, hiking trails, deep-sea fishing, bird watching, fresh seafood restaurants, and lots of quaint little shops, it’s far from the Spring Break crowd. And you’ll be tempted to share it only with your dearest friends.
RELAX ON THE BEACH
Our policy is simple: under-promise and over-deliver so as to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. We want you to feel the value you're getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back year after year and be among our numerous repeat customers. We want you to tell all of your family and friends about the great vacation you had in a Relax On The Beach property.
Rates include everything except Florida state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $125. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap. There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
To protect your investment, we also offer trip insurance from an AAAAA rated insurance company. We highly recommend you give it your consideration because, if you would have to cancel your trip for any reason, you'd receive a full refund for your rental.

I chose to buy a vacation rental house in Gulf Shores for a variety of reasons....the people are absolutely fantastic! Southern hospitality doesn't even begin to tell the entire story. From the waitresses with constant smiles on their faces, to the deep sea fishing boat captains with endless stories to tell, coastal Alabama can't be beat!
The beaches are the best in the world. Period. The finest white sand and the bluest turquoise waters await each and every guest. Need I say more?

Try your luck at Kiva Dunes, a perennial top 10 in the state of Alabama and ranked in Golf Digest's 'places to play' for an unforgettable links experience on the Gulf of Mexico. If you have a more traditional American layout in mind, the Peninsula Golf Club, with its 27 manicured holes and GPS loaded carts is terrific.
Anyone say 'fresh seafood?' You can't go wrong at any of our restaurants. Try 'Bahama Bobs' for the fresh catch of the day. The lunch specials are to die for. It’s hard not to enjoy a meal when the majestic waters of the Gulf can be seen from your table!
